Was starting to despair as this is like the 8th copy of this helm and no tempest roar in site but decided to run it a couple more times before calling it a night and it finally dropped on my last run. Can't thank you enough for this video.
Did you farm nightmare dungeon? If so do you need to finish it or you just restart it before boss? How do you spam Sam nightmare dungeon all over again as you need sigls for it?
@@dinokralj2848 Yes I farmed nightmare dungeons in the 40-50 range which are quite easy for me to clear in chillmode. I didn't finish the dungeon but used the reset method. Cleared the entire dungeon except for the last elite.
Giving the recent AJ post on twitter specific unique items at least, and likely aspects, are gated behind monster level thresholds. The minimum requirement for the "big 6" items posted about is monster level 85, which means that this games highest rarity class is 85+ and all items can drop at that point. We don't know the specific threshold for every item yet, however I think its worth mentioning that sigil 31+ is going to give you access to this highest "treasure class" and so those sigils should be considered the minimum threshold for targeting unique items like this.
Other than the big 6, I think it is all RNG right now. Like many druids, I have never seen a tempest roar or crone staff drop. Yet today when my buddy had his druid boosted from 1 to 60, he had 2 tempest roars and 1 crone staff drop for him and theu were lvl 60 required.
@@CouchGuy19 when you say boosted was he running high Sigils to max his level quickly? I just haven't heard of anyone dropping the TR in low level play so I was wondering where he encountered it.
@@bobnewkirk7003 He had someone run Blind Burrows over and over on WT4. I know it can't drop on WT1 or 2, but I've heard people say they have gotten it on WT3.

Its all speculation at the moment, but I don't find it to be a coincidence that the devs picked monster level 85 as their "rarest item threshold"; mlvl 85 is the first time you encountered TC87 in D2. We know that Gems are gated to monster levels, and we know that the item power boosts (Sacred/Ancestral) are gated to World Tiers, but its likely possible that there are monster level restrictions on other gear or even aspects. Eventually we will have it all datamined but in the meantime its interesting to speculate.
@@bobnewkirk7003 What people are doing is making a new toon. Get another player to do the World Teir dungeons 1-4. Each boss has a very high chance of dropping uniques. These quest are only available to complete 1 time. Remake a new toon and repeat. You'll get uniques all day long.
I didnt think this would work, but.... after farming Helltides daily, NM dungeons, you name it for my first Tempest Roar, I watched this video last night in bed, woke up, ran 2 NM Cultist Refuge and it dropped off a mob 2nd run.... Couldnt belive it. Level 88.... Thank you!!
I am a druid by now almost level 90. i am looking for this item since i am lvl 50. Doing Helltides, Tree and also focusing on cultists and cannibals. By now i am mainly looking for this item for a week. They really need to change something about that. I so far found EVERY single unique there is for druid to drop besides harlekin at least 3 times still no Tempest roar - thats just bullshit...

It’s fucking broken and I can’t. Bro I played 120+ hours on my main Druid, then I thought lemme make another character and lemme see if it will have better luck. So I created another Druid, powerleveled with my friends, got to Lvl 58 and got the tempest roar…… it’s fucking broken
At first i didnt thinl there was any merit to this but i got the wolf chest plate and the crone staff in less than an hour because of you. Thank you so much! (Probably also got lucky rng guys so it might take you longer than an hour)

Having grinded cultist refuge on WT4 a lot over the last couole days, i can honestly say it has a crap drop rate for legendaries, at least for me. I would be lucky if i was getting 1 legendary every 3 runs.
Because there are only a few Elite’s. You are better off running nightmare dungeons and upgrade your Seals at the same time. Butcher will spawn, every third time and you almost get 1 legendary every time at the end.

Then I find 3 Uniques (Tempest Roar, Other Druid Unique Helm, and Crone staff) all in Helltide within 24 hours. 1 Dropped from a minion, 1 dropped after an event chest in helltide, and 1 dropped from killing the Helltide boss with that uber long health haha. Freaking luck, pure luck sheeeesh.
Not sure how true this is. I farmed Blind Burrows nightmare Dungeon and got every Unique needed for Druid build. I don't think any one specific enemy gives higher chances for drops.
@@theatrexs7840 Blind Burrows is for exp farm, but saying that monster families dont have respective increased droprate for particular item slots just because you did manage to loot it all in BB is just wrong as its been confirmed by Blizzard themselves
@@theatrexs7840 Its a quick easy dungeon (3-5 minutes approx). I stack about 10-15 BB sigils to save travel time (teleport back in once complete). The uniques i got to drop were the rewards for completing the dungeon and maybe a few drop from Elites.
what i did was i finished dungeon and used E to get out of dungeon, sold stuff, and took portal back, then go to character screen and go again, i started outside dungeon when i logged in again!
is it necessary to go through a nightmare dungeon or does it work with a regular dungeon? if I created a nightmare but there are mobs less than me by 5 lvl, will it work or is the drop reduced there ??
honestly, im just running Uldur's Cave on repeat (got like 2 uniques in an hour session, not the ones i need. They were Legs and gloves) and saving those nightmare sigils until the nightmare dungeon patch comes out
I know this is an old video but its never been the best way to find uniques. Baleful chests in the pvp zones are and always have been. Until today's patch theyre the only chest that could drop uniques and there are 30 chests in each zone with instant repops.
I have only found 2 different Uniques on my Druid, 4 chest armors (Werebear is ur true form) and 2 Rings(the one who makes ur bear skills cost no resource if u kill with wolf skills and vice versa), cant seem to find any other unique...

Used this last night on Champions Demise and in teh first 1+ hr - got loads of uniques that i wasnt looking for or need from Razorback to Vasilys Prayer. Tried again today and no uniques. Was lucky to get the Crone Staff twice but impossible to find again
Well..I can say this in all honesty. Told a friend of mine in game what dungeon you suggested for the Tempest Roar. It took him 3 times he got. As of the time I watched this video which was about 2:30pm central time... it is now 11:30pm.. I have not received it. I've gotten some helms.. just not that one. Not sure what to make of this at all.

I have both at level 78 lol. I got both from taking a break farming it funny enough...tempest roar I got a 792 power when I switched from NM 35+ to help a friend In NM 23 lmfaooooo. I got crone staff power 797 from mystery chest during helltide a day later. 😅. Now I feel extra lucky
I've found two uniques so far up to L60 and both of them have been Mad Wolf's Glee. The inability to get any drops has really hindered what I'm able to do.
You're level 60, you've got a long way to go. Look into builds that use what you have. Take your aspects and create a build around that. That's your best bet. Once you get higher and get more drops, you can start to follow builds. You're 60 now, do nightmare dungeons. There's quite a few uniques that don't come available until wt4, and even some that don't come until after level 85. At level 89 now, still no tempest roar or waxing gib. I've gotten all the other druid drops I think... but if I just waited until tempest roar to play the build I want, I'd be handicapping myself. I found a great build that I can use with the pieces I gave and I'm absolutely killing it. (It's close to the build this guy is using, Crones variation).

Honestly do not like the way this goes on, it's just nonsense when you are lvl 60 you can not get your item until lvl 80 85. I really do not get how rogue can have 0 unique and blast through everything, but a druid needs an item that can not be found for the love of god
Dude, I can't even get more of the specific aspects. I've been grinding Helltides and Nightmare Dungeons, and I've been getti g the same few aspects over and over, like the game forgot how to drop other ones.
Just wanna say whoever cares . But don’t limit yourself by only doing nightmare dungeons . Switch it up & do legion events . I just got the tempest of roar from the events
there is something scuffed with the drop table in this game it's almost like a random table is generated per character as I only ever get the same uniques over and over yet someone else same class gets the other uniques that I don't get and I get the ones they don't
Not sure which NM dungeon I did but crone dropped randomly for me. Almost all uniques have dropped except tempest roar for me😂 exclude those special uniques
lets say Im low on Sigil dust, could I do the dungeon reset glitch and just run the same cultist refuge over and over without killing last boss, or is the final reward too big of a chance to get tempest roar to pass up.
From my testing of cultist and cannibals I didn’t notice a significant increase in helmets but since observing this I did notice that wands only drop when I kill ghost
Its not wrong, devs confirmed this in one of their early streams Different monsters rly do have specific item to drop more than others They used the skeletons as an example and told us that they more likely to drop crosbows
so far for me the cultist seem to drop most 1 handed axes and staffs. i have gotten excatly 1 helmet from all my runs. either im really unlucky or might be that its some other mob type than cultist.
@tokyoocean it's slightly more from my farming, but the increase isn't worth my time. The higher drop rate for uniques from NM dungeons outperforms this by far. The only way for it to be worth the effort is if I'm searching for chest piece and use sigil glitch to do aldurwood/blind burrows with a magic find affix. Otherwise the natural course of me leveling thru NM dungeons and potential to find it there while also leveling glyphs is a way better option imo. Or I could be an idiot and run burrows on normal 500x like I have and still never get raiment of the infinite while also getting way worse xp and no glyph progress
A lil late on the bug thing m8. They announced yesterday that they patched the druid/barb loot table so it works properly now. now only druid uniques will drop and no more barb stuff.
World Tier 4 has the best chance, although World Tier 3 can still drop uniques. Regarding dungeon tiers, the higher the better, but, having a fast or "efficient" kill speed is best.

I farmed every day now in S1 about 4-6hrs NMD 40-60 Level 100 Druid without Tempest Roar here.

i got TR in a NM Champion demise lvl 46. i farmed cultist for 4 hours on sunday and got nothing

Just make a bunch of sigils, use the ones you need and salvage the ones you don't. Easy.
Another tip: your character level is directly related to which items become available.

190 hours on druid (140 as lvl100), farming everything, 50+ NMs most time... NO ANY FKN SINGLE TEMPEST ROAR!!!
I was farming cultist for tempest roar for hours and didnt get anything. Randomly got it today in a NM dungeon level 46 on champion's demise.

Another video i watched earlier today said goatmen drop staffs for sorc. Staff for druid are droped by fallen enemy type. 🤷♂️

Dude, I can't even get more of the specific aspects. I've been grinding Helltides and Nightmare Dungeons, and I've been getti g the same few aspects over and over, like the game forgot how to drop other ones.
Just wanna say whoever cares . But don’t limit yourself by only doing nightmare dungeons . Switch it up & do legion events . I just got the tempest of roar from the events
What's the best way to farm nm sigils? Is there any way to get specific sigils that I'm missing or is it just complete rng?
there is something scuffed with the drop table in this game it's almost like a random table is generated per character as I only ever get the same uniques over and over yet someone else same class gets the other uniques that I don't get and I get the ones they don't

Not sure which NM dungeon I did but crone dropped randomly for me. Almost all uniques have dropped except tempest roar for me😂 exclude those special uniques

lets say Im low on Sigil dust, could I do the dungeon reset glitch and just run the same cultist refuge over and over without killing last boss, or is the final reward too big of a chance to get tempest roar to pass up.

Are you saying, to start a nightmare sigil run, then leave it and go farm cultists refuge? or to specificially target cultist refuge nightmare sigils?
From my testing of cultist and cannibals I didn’t notice a significant increase in helmets but since observing this I did notice that wands only drop when I kill ghost
this is true, ive done over 40 hours now if JUST cannibal and cultist, even post patch, tempest. Just RNG!
Its not wrong, devs confirmed this in one of their early streams
Different monsters rly do have specific item to drop more than others
They used the skeletons as an example and told us that they more likely to drop crosbows

so far for me the cultist seem to drop most 1 handed axes and staffs. i have gotten excatly 1 helmet from all my runs. either im really unlucky or might be that its some other mob type than cultist.
@tokyoocean it's slightly more from my farming, but the increase isn't worth my time. The higher drop rate for uniques from NM dungeons outperforms this by far. The only way for it to be worth the effort is if I'm searching for chest piece and use sigil glitch to do aldurwood/blind burrows with a magic find affix. Otherwise the natural course of me leveling thru NM dungeons and potential to find it there while also leveling glyphs is a way better option imo. Or I could be an idiot and run burrows on normal 500x like I have and still never get raiment of the infinite while also getting way worse xp and no glyph progress

Just have all the werebear uniques....multiple times. I have staff of the crone but tempest roar is nowhere to be found... Level 85
A lil late on the bug thing m8. They announced yesterday that they patched the druid/barb loot table so it works properly now. now only druid uniques will drop and no more barb stuff.

World Tier 4 has the best chance, although World Tier 3 can still drop uniques. Regarding dungeon tiers, the higher the better, but, having a fast or "efficient" kill speed is best.
What are you actually basing these “significantly higher drop chance” comments on? Genuinely curious how you know.
I can't even get nightmares for crone staff i keep trying to get them but they wont drop for me 😕🙄
