About Blur:
Blur were formed in 1989 by Damon Albarn, Graham Coxon, Alex James and Dave Rowntree and signed with Food/EMI the same year. Announcing their arrival with debut album Leisure in 1991, Blur continued to revolutionise the sound of English popular music with second release Modern Life Is Rubbish (1993). Five successive UK #1 albums followed - with Parklife (1994) and The Great Escape (1995) helping to propel the band to mass popularity in the UK and beyond. The eponymous Blur was released in 1997 and seventh album Think Tank (2003) was Blur’s first as a three-piece after the temporary departure of founding guitarist Graham Coxon.
Twenty one years after the release of their debut album, 2012 saw Blur 21: The Box, the band's body of work compiled and gathered together into one box. Their most recent release as a four-piece, the critically acclaimed chart-topping album The Magic Whip (2015), started life in Hong Kong when the band had an unexpected break in touring in May 2013.

I found this song by searching Google for the most annoying song ever forced upon the people of Earth, and here I am. If I am ever kidnapped by a foreign enemy and they want to get me to talk and spill any secrets I know about the U.S. government, they could just force me to listen to this song, and I'd spill my guts. A song this bad could force me to throw my own country to our enemies. That's how bad it is. It's like if you took a wooden pole, and somehow mounted 7 billion sets of fingernails on it, and dragged it across a giant chalkboard for eternity. I would rather hear THAT, than this song. I would rather have someone pluck each one of my pubes REALLY slowly, so that by the time they finished, the first few would have already grown back so they could just do it again, than have to suffer even hearing 10 seconds of this song. If you put me in a room with a stereo and a puppy, and told me my choices were to kick the puppy, or listen to the cd of this song on the radio, I'd probably listen to the song, because I could NEVER hurt a dog, but I would resent that dog for forcing me to listen to this song.
