a pillow on the edge of the bed helps a lot. especially when your legs are closer to the floor, you can stretch your back more concave and straight which for me in the inside, it feels like everything is being pushed down because of the pressure and gravity.

Also I don't drink fizzy drinks, but every liquid bloats me, and when go to make a coffee my stomach reacts and bloats before I've drunk it ,I can see it growing as I'm making my coffee
