Thank you for the good tutorial. A quick way to get the table data from the situation report into a CSV file can be done as follows: - Download the PDF to your computer - Open Word and click 'Open', then 'Browse' - Navigate file explorer to where the downloaded pdf is, select it and click 'Open' - Word will bring up a confirmation message about converting the pdf into Word format - just click 'OK' and it will convert it. - Scroll down in the newly opened Word document of the situation report until you find the table. - Hover your cursor over the table and a 4-way pointing arrow symbol will pop up in the top left corner of the table. Click on this and the table will be highlighted. - Hit 'Ctrl', then 'c' on you keyboard, then open a blank Excel document and hit 'Ctrl', then 'v' on your keyboard. The table will now be set out like a proper table in Excel. - Make all wanted edits in Excel and then save that Excel document as a CSV like in the video. - In QGIS, when importing the CSV, the File Format will be CSV. Hope this helps:)
I've followed along throughout the video and everything was just fine. But, at 21:20 when you choose the target field "LINK", It doesn't exist for me for some reason? I tried choosing a different field as my target field but then all the columns on the attribute table are filled as NULL...please help.
In symbology 22:22 after selecting graduated > column > I am getting only ID_0 and ID_1 No any other colomn option is available except these two. Please can you tell me how to solve this issue.
I'm not sure that is strange, try saving and restarting QGIS. You can also try re-adding the layers. As a last resort create a new project from scratch and see if the error persists.
Hope you gonna answer my question, how you update the covid-19 cases automatically. For instance, you uploaded these cases for today, but my manager asked to do updates everyday how can I do something to do the update for the cases as of today automatically. Hope you got my point. Thanks in advance. I really need that. 👏👏👏
