    Aquafit is a fun combination of heart healthy cardiovascular aerobic movement and balancing poses and movements in the pool so you don't have to worry about losing your balance. The water supports you and the water also offers resistance so it helps to strengthen and tone your muscles while you're working on balance.
    And we do some yoga poses and breathing as well and we laugh a lot and have fun. And so it's just a wonderful, feel good class.
