Did you say that was the second engine? If so, what happened. I have a 2021 1000 crew base model. My wife and I use it on our property, a real work horse.
The air intake came off. I don’t think it was reinstalled correctly. The intake is beside and above rear left tire so you can imagine what the engine was breathing. Here is more to the story. It took 3-4 months to get an engine from Polaris. And I can say trying to buy a new ranger is not any easier.
How’s the doors on that Ranger do they seal tight no rattles? I had a defender with the full cab was not happy rattled did not sealed tight at all very disappointing spending almost 30,000 out the door I was expecting better quality. And traditionally I’m a can in person had everyone loved them all except the defender with a cab the machine itself was fine just the cab sucked
Seals well when fully shut. What I mean by that is there are a 2 stage door catch, so it needs to be fully shut which sometimes requires a second try door close. But never do it moving down the road. Lol learned that hard way. No rattles on the 2019 and our new 2021 I would say is the same. No annoying rattles or noise from cab. However I do feel as if the 21 has more engine an road noise compared to the 19. Thanks for for watching!

Your right they are a great work horse. And I really like ours. A lot. Just not very pleased with availability of machines / parts and price.
