Thank you for taking the time to make the videos, I know how long it takes to record and edit. It is much appreciated by techs like me who are new to the industry. You're doing a great job and videos are very informative. Most people that are watching are interested in detailed content, in order to better understand the task at hand. In other words, make videos that you believe will help someone fix an issue.
I do my best. But it is hard to record and work at the same time. Usually the camera wants my line of sight. Thank you for watching my videos and subscribing
Keep details or instructions regarding the video do either videos or shorts? Your channel is amazing. I loved your video. I have a question: what socket size should I use to remove a TRW gearbox from a 2012 Volvo VNL? I really appreciate your help.
Where do I find the cummins courses online. I work in a breakdown bandage shop and knowing cummins in details would help me to merge out of the maintenance / diagnostics that I was trained for.
Does the sensor expect to see pressure at normal operation? My real question is will it think everything's normal if those two lines that feed it are intentionally replaced with plugs in the sensor housing..
Replaced gas exhaust pressure sensor, but still throwing code after regen,is thier something else besides that could be causing problem, could tubes get clogged?
@@davidromero9985 check out this video. EGR outlet pressure code. Found wire rub, corrosion, and a broken pin!! ua-cam.com/video/HVztfFMJG0w/v-deo.html
Been slowly working my way through your vids enjoying them all. Uk based and new to Cummins ( off highway only now over here) question, what pins are you bridging on the sensor to check the state change?
I bought a pin kit off Cornwell a few years ago. About time to get a new set. Most of them are either broken or lost. Thank you for watching my videos. Still trying to get the hang of filming while working
@@dirtyassdieseltech6348 thanks for the reply dude, my question was poorly phrased sorry. Are you bridging the 5v ref to the signal line or ground to watch the state change on insite? neat little trick. Thanks again 👌
It's great to listen to I myself work for an LTL company, but not sure if I could post videos. Any help is good help. I'm an older tech learning the computer
Computers are a pain in the ass. Wish everything would go back to manual. Throttle, fueling, unactuated turbos, transmissions, diff lockers. The industry used to be simple, engineers and California had to screw everything up. Not to mention Greta thunburg.
I have a 2015 kenworth t 660 with a Cummins ISX the 1209 code is showing and I changed the sensor And 12hundred miles later the same code came on again what could be causing that
My homie make so complicated for the viewers it’s exhaust gas pressure sensor which is around 150.00 bucks right now or you can order from eBay is 80.00 bucks there is only 1 plug 🔌 on it disconnect then put your socket in it open it clean the thread area install the new one at the end turn on your key 5 time to reset the code or connect the harbor tool computer to region the truck.thanks me later ✅🙏

At key on dpf pressure, exhaust gas pressure, and intake manifold pressure should be close in reading.

I would verify harness. They move a lot while engine is under torque. Usually clogged tubes are caused by engine failure
Thank you sir this helps alot
