Nas palavras sem acento que terminam com ditongo, o ditongo tem a sílaba tônica, certo?
Por exemplo: museu, bacalhau

Exatamente. Neste caso, a vogal mais forte é a penúltima.

Dificuldade em pronunciar o LH? Tente trocar por li, e vai acelerando a fala aos poucos, exemplo: “meliór, muliér, fílio”.

You should upload a full video of accentuation rules in Portuguese. There are many confusing words, especially those which have diphthongs or hiatuses for example juiz-juízes, one is marked another is not, its sometimes unclear whether the first or the second vowel of the diphthong should be stressed. As someone who has learned Spanish, their accentuation rule is very simple: paroxítonas-n/s/vowel, oxítonas-other consonants, and when a diphthong is broken (hiatus) its always marked (ía, aí, etc), while in Portuguese its much more difficult. Some rules work in completely opposite ways (for example if Spanish had the word muito, it would be pronounced muIto instead of mUito because iu ui are always stressed on the second vowel while in Portuguese it is the opposite way, the first letter is stressed)

You cannot minimize a people or a culture due to the exploitative and repugnant nature of some countries. South American culture is strength, character and resistance, much like the African culture of Portuguese-speaking countries. Discriminatory comments, speeches and attitudes like yours will always be rejected and minimized as they make no logical sense within a multicultural world. Just don't be ridiculous.
