This totally makes sense. Since the English language was learned and heard only from a person with an Indian accent and the Indian accent is based on the dialect of the Indian language of the region that particular person is from. Ugh I love linguistics, it’s so fascinating!

I live in New York City and I'm surrounded by trillions of Indians and yeah, they DO basically talk like the girl in the video. Of course she sounded a bit fake, but they DO mostly sound similar to what she's going for. Yeah, I know Northern and very Southern Indians do speak English differently. Very true, however the MAJORITY of Indians here in NY basically sound like what that girl was going for. Bottom line, your "Woke" influence is showing because ultimately your point doesn't add up since most Indians in US sound like what that girl was going for. I assure you of that
