2023 Fall Quarter Graduation - Dec. 15, 2023 (full)

The Naval Postgraduate School celebrates its latest class of new alumni during the Fall Quarter Commencement ceremony, December 15, 2023.
Serving as commencement speaker, U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Kurt Rothenhaus, Ph.D., Chief of Naval Research and an NPS alumnus, celebrated the achievements of the quarter’s 284 graduates, including 31 international students representing 19 allied nations.
