Personally, if am upgrading myself am not doing it for people. Am doing it because I want to feel a certain way. Example, when I used to live in a single room, then my salo ikaongezeka kiasi and I decided that I want to have my own washroom, so I moved to a bedsitter. And I upgraded my house, not for anyone really because I don't even like visitors. So, not everyone does it to be seen.
I really like her passion on this topic at her age it's very good. But She just needs more education on money and finance her knowledge in this topic is very basic, based on experience and passion. Education will help improve it glad she's young still alot of time to learn. Good job beautiful sis.
