I love the side door location with the laundry room. It's perfect for entrance to the kitchen from the garden. Plus, I can hang my laundry to dry in just a few steps. Beautiful house plan❤
I would put glass in on the back porch to make it an all seasons room and give access to the laundry room without having to go out in the cold. That's the simple fix for where the laundry room is. Just glass it in.
Could be a perfect retirement home if...the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and bath side was turned into the master with a large closet area and sitting area to enjoy the natural light. Also if the laundry room had access from inside. Is that something you can do? Would be very interested if y'all sell the plans.
Question: is the laundry room heated and air conditioned? Also, the caption mentions a garage but it’s not on the floor plan shown. Where would the door into the garage be? I want a 2 car garage. Not a fan of having to go outside to do laundry, especially if it’s freezing outside, but I could. This is a lovely 3 BR 2 Bath home. I wouldn’t have the 1/4 moon shower in the master but since there’s a tub/shower in there, I would shower there, unless a builder could tile a shower bigger than the tiny one. The best tub is in the guest area! Love the open concept, would replace the fireplace with a wood burning stove. Everything else is perfect.

I would enclose that porch so that in the Chicago winter I wouldn't freeze. That being said, I love hanging my clothes out on a line during good weather and that location is perfect!!❤
Fireplaces too huge. Limited space on where to place furniture. Outdoor laundry wouldn't work in northern areas where it freezes. Nobody wants to shovel a walkway to get to the laundry.
