A most lovely home. I would like a wider living room. Other than that, I could live in this place!
I like this one! In a cold climate, the entrance vestibule could be closed off to form an "air lock" entrance. The kitchen is large, and although the pantry is around the corner, there is one. The laundry room forms another air lock entry. There are closets, not just add-on wardrobes, and there are two hall closets that could be for HVAC and hot water equipment if required. The architect did not succumb to trendy gimmicks, and a lot of thought went into this one.

Very nice layout my only con is how the range and peninsula are featured. I would like there to be a little more room between them. It would give you more space when cooking and opening draws and oven door could get difficult. Other than that I love this house.
Love the design, HATE the gray--hate it.
Yes, the gray is overdone, and the most recent decorators say that gray is now dated. However, a few cans of paint can remedy some of it.
All the gray and black tiles, etc decor will outdated in no time. Otherwise, lots of things I like.
