This is a great design. I'd make all the lower cabinets large drawers for dishes and pots/pans. I'd want a place for an upright freezer, too. Perhaps to the right in the pantry. You could also add a 3rd bedroom, if needed, where the outside door is in the laundry area. I'd also bump out the entire floor plan on the bedroom side to square it up. Every corner adds at least $10K to the cost, so by squaring it up, you save $$ but add square footage. You could even put a laundry chute in the main bedroom closet with the basket on the laundry side to catch the dirty clothes.
Part of the design reminds me of a bunkhouse, which I like. The interior has a nice layout, love the pantry. With some tweaks, it would be perfect. The porches couldn’t be extended out a bit more to protect furniture from weather, a bigger laundry room to accommodate a larger sink, and a small freezer. Overall, I really do like this house.
One of the nicest 2 BR, 2 bath floor plans I’ve ever seen. The only thing that bothers me at all is the dryer not venting exteriorly unless it’s to the roof and then you have to hire someone to get on the roof to clean it out. Even self venting ones are risky.
Wonderful small house. I really like the bathrooms and the overall layout. My only issue is the lack of upper cabinets in the kitchen. As an older adult, I don’t want to have stoop to get out dishes and glassware. I’m not sure where you would put your dishes

My favorite designer. They just keep getting better.
❤❤❤
Extend the back porch out about 12’ and screen it in. A must in the Southeast USA!
😏
thank for your informations
Absolutely, beautiful home!
Thank you so much!
I really like this one though I'd have to do a couple tweeks for my needs & taste. Very nice one.
I really liked both the outside and the inside of the house

Great house design, really like it. Question; what's with numeric keypads on the internal doors?
NIce
I’d place the W/D where the pantry is for ventilation.
I love it! Wish i knew the dimensions.
1200 sq.ft.

Also I don’t see a convenient way to get to the bathroom from the bedroom. Maybe I missed it?
@@adeleaiken8364 It's right by the entry. From the bedroom, go left to the foyer or right to the bathroom. The bathroom has 2 entrances.
Could we lose fhe music in these videos!
Better storage than most. Dishwasher too far from sink.Needs one tub.
Some of us have cars--where's the garage? How do you design a modern house with no garage? Charming house but c'mon guys.
There are two rooms at the front that aren't addressed at all. One of them could certainly do.
@@Sean0526a All the rooms were addressed. They are a bedroom and bathroom.
@BillSerra-i5h You could put it by the side door near the laundry area.
I just wonder...Don't any of you "designers" know the value of a good bathtub??? Showers are not nearly as relaxing as a good soak!!
