I love the fact you used green on the accent wall! I don't know why but I find green so calming and also classy. Even somewhat intellectual....thought inspiring. Great choice! 😊
Love the vestibule! It's perfect.
Living area is great, especially with the centrally-located hearth. Nice, airy feel to it. Wonderful painting over the hearth!
Kitchen needs more cabinets, but having the pantry is nice. The french doors let in so much light and opens it up. I agree with previous poster that the backsplash tiling could be better.
Love the bedrooms - nice, airy, lots of light from the windows. I'd use pocket doors to free up space, though. The first bedroom could be used as a library/study/office for a couple or single person. The door to the patio in the master bedroom is such a bonus - makes it so inviting!
Love the clean, sleek styling of the main bathroom - just perfect! Master bath is really nice, too.
Every house needs a mud/laundry room and this one is absolutely perfect. How about a sliding barn door instead of a conventional interior door? And while I like the fact that the exterior door lets in a lot of light, those lever handles make it easier to break into. Every door to the outside should have a security door installed as well, even the french doors.
Overall, very nice design! I would definitely consider this plan for a home.

I'd put more cabinets around the stove and put the convection microwave above the stove. You can never have more storage in the kitchen.
More upper cabinets would help, but there's also a pantry for storage. A microwave over the stove is dangerous for oldsters like me, and they usually have feeble exhaust fans.

I have only one critique. I am looking for a retirement home. I currently have a shower like that round one and I can tell you, it’s a tight squeeze. Once I put a bench in it, I would not be able to stand up. The rest of the house is spot on! Thanks!

Yes all day , BUT want to add 4 season room in glass on the back or side of the house 12×12for plants an setting in nature..... 😊
I like this plan BUT for 2 (two) things. 1) The microwave is still up at a nice height for arthritic arms/shoulders/wrists (or grandchildren) to try to lift out and down a bowl of soup right down the front of the reacher - face first. And, 2 The showers (both)- a previous commenter mentioned the circular shower's size (correctly) and in the master bathroom- if this were for a retired person/couple you meed to consider older/arthritic knees can't always lift up high enough to get in that tub. That makes that tub/shower completely obsolete. Other than that I really like this plan.

Hate to do this, but:
The fireplace is awkward. Too close to the dining table, too far from the living room. It doesnt seem to go anywhere.
Love this one, but would have chosen a different backsplash in the kitchen, which is actually pretty ugly. Preferred would be glass blocks with either pale green or with green highlights.
U can customize when u are paying for it!!😮

Where’s the utility room? You know, furnace, water heater, water softener, well pump. If this is built grade on slab which room is given up to become the most important room for a house to be able to function? People seem to forget this room.
