I have one of those attic fans in my house, but one thing to remember is to have a window or two cracked open or your pilot light on your water heater will go out. Other than that, those are awesome to have!

I had one of those big exhaust fans in a house in Tampa Bay, and it was awesome.. sucked air through the house like a hurricane. Had to make sure the doors to the fireplace were closed because the first time i sucked all the ash into the house🤣🤣

First off - I have been watching your channel for years. I think that I may have seen your wife on a prior video before but - she is really pretty! What happened to you? 6' 4" 225 lbs my butt! (lol). Secondly- is Yaima a Cuban name? ( Please sir- I am not racially profiling! I am just curious!) I am glad that the house sold - if you can please give us some back story as to why the yard/house was not maintained. It sat there 8 years - the owners are lucky that no one moved into it and made it a crack house or a house of ill repute or a meth lab! Also- you know that house has not been lived in for years - 2 things I spotted right away was the heavy ass CRT television - those things weighed a ton! Secondly, the organ - my friend's mother had one in the late 60s. Now people buy a Cascio or Yamaha! Keep up the good work!
