Daryl truly is somthing else. Its a good thing your a good guy, friend, and boss. I'm not saying I would have fired him by now because I'm a very forgiving person but alot of my past bosses would have said adios for good. Mostly because he doesn't own his mistakes. It would be completely different if he could admit his wrongdoings.

Darryl has to cost Ryan more money way more than he makes him, even with a cdl. I get that they are friends from way back but still. As soon as I seen the driveway I remembered what job it was. I think it's cool that I've been a viewer of this channel from the beginning and can remember what jobs are what just from past videos. It's kinda like working for him lol. Great videos guys.

Even on the days Daryl the destroyer doesn't make any big mistakes. He still cant even take accountability for silly things like the new skid steer, or spilling the concrete in this video. I have no idea how Ryan deals with it, he is a HUGE job site liability and HUGE SAFTEY concern for other employees. Nobody is perfect but taking accountability for your actions good or bad is part of being an Adult. That's why Daryl doesn't care. He laughs and thinks it's always a joke because he knows there is no accountability that overthrow past 20 years he has gotten away with it and Ryan is to kind to him. As silly as this may sound watching every video makes the viewer seem like they are part of the crew and gives them emotional input. I think it's fair to say Daryl the Destroyer has played that emotional fiddle until the strings fell off since this channel has started. Just once I would like to hear Daryl say “ I made a mistake boss, I'm sorry I will help fix it or do what I need to in order to help make it right!”

NCA stands for Non-Chloride Accelerator. It is a chemical that is added to the concrete to make it set up faster. Specifically as the name implies, it is a specific accelerator, that does not contain Chloride in it, as opposed to "normal" accelerator, which is Calcium Chloride.
