- Join us on the last day before we kick off out 2023 concrete season. The weather is nice and after today, we are READY! I finally picked up the brand new Allen power buggy and it's way nicer than I expected. The new driver took out the Mack dump truck for a spin and he is ready also. Enjoy!

There's nothing worse than having the Boss in the Passenger seat, no matter how experienced you are😂😂
Exactly !!! 💯
Plus the 322k subscribers sitting in the passenger seat. I'm sure that camera adds to the anxiety.
Its nerve racking but use it for good energy.
@@GaryBScary 😂😂😂
I worked at a wearhouse, we needed to hire a CDL driver because we were short handed and it was my job to road test new driver's. A man came in for the job, I seen he had a arm that was just a stub below his elbow 🤔 he got in the driver seat & he drove excellent never missed a gear, they hired him that day. I told him that he was hired but we are still short handed. 😂 True story!
Hey Ryan I am Ed from New Jersey I been watching your videos from almost the beginning. I have to tell you I been battling cancer last year & half & I look forward to your videos it really keeps my spirits up when I am down and watch your videos it takes my mind off the problems I have. I just want to let you know you probably don’t realize how much this channel helps in other ways. God bless you & your family & work family 🙏
God bless you my man. Keep the positive energy and your spirits high. You aren’t alone in your battle
🙏🙏
Dude, look into fasting to help in the struggle with your cancer!
It's easy to do, really much easier than you think, and super effective.
All the best!
Ed l live in the Uk and would like to just say that your comment touched me and I wish you well.
@edtracy351 praying for you 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Just the gesture of helping Bobby again, was just another touch of class from Ryan. Amazing person.
Is Bobby Darryl's dad?
@@snowmountain2007 No he use to drive a truck for Ryan. He retired about 1 1/2-2 years ago.
@@snowmountain2007 I think he’s Darryl step dad
@@snowmountain2007 step i think? real father died last year
Yes, he was his step dad at one point but not anymore I don’t think
Big Ray seems like he’s gonna be a great fit for the team. Early once again and he stood up to greet Bugs. Respect !
he was a good fit huh? haha he's the best
With Eric's ability to give reversing directions I think you need to invest in reversing cameras

Hello Victory Advice. You're speaking with Ryan.
Yeah hi Ryan. It's Eric here again.
Oh hey Eric. We literally just finished talking.
Yeah I know, but now I need to ask you about...

The way Ryan gives the guy his own time to learn ...perfect way to start
Don't be nervous, Ryan. Big Ray on his first day is better than Darryl on any day.
Daryll has some issues that need to be worked out and isn't a bad guy, I think some sort of addiction has him acting a fool.
Wonder if he was also stealing from Ryan?
@@overdafalls26 he must of been since if started watching all his videos hes been in them always all the other channel videos too till a few videos before the concrete show and then the video ryan uploaded since then havent seen a glimpse of them. wish daryll the best of luck in the future and can get past whatever it is
@@overdafalls26 he did, Ryan Told a story of another one his Old employees who stole from him Basically using that story to reiterate Why we were never gonna see Darryl on this Channel again
How about Ryan filling Mr.Bobbys vehicle up just an absolute class act
Lol, you must be new here.
@@SliceIceNDice
Why do you figure that?
Tax write off.
My pops does the same for his guys.
Right, wanting that guy to get to work shows class. Giving to those whom squander their pay from the previous week is classy. Except after you do it a while. It's not class imo and I do it. It's called enabling. Letting them get away with it is not really classy. If it were your child you'd not enable them, it would not be called class.
@@dolo3while that may be true, nobody wants to put gas in your truck.
The amount of quality equipment compared to the amount of staff Ryan has just shows how much he puts into his business
You got pretty lucky since you’ve started this channel. Not only with the extra income but the workers you’ve gotten rid of and the ones you’ve hired. Eric and bugz are the perfect example of the two different types of people you want to work around. Eric is fun & bugz is a hustler.
It’s great to see how much Eric has grown on bugz too. I remember watching them screed together and bugz wouldn’t even joke around with him.
Goats
Couldnt have said it better bro
I promise the jokes will stop when he gets back to work
Eric is probably afraid of his own shadow lol
Good ol mr bobby
Glad he’s ok ,I’m a OG viewer so I remember him in the rv and stuff

Yeah I thought he passed.
@@SliceIceNDice nah that was Daryl’s real dad. Mr Bobby is his step dad (some are saying former)
Man, watching you and Eric just getting stuff done. him being your sidekick takes me back to working with my old journeyman. Just a good healthy working relationship where you can see skills being handed down. Some times it’s slow and complicated but sometimes it’s smooth and fast. At least from my perspective.
When I worked for a garage door company, to graduate from lone clean installer to repairman apprentice took havin the boss of the company sit in your passenger seat for a full day just watching you, it was pretty stressful but work the pay.
Ryan you are lining yourself up for a perfect future/ retirement. Your business is already being filled up with great people. Soon enough already you’ll be able to trust them to teach people too. Eric has come so far it’s really cool to see. You’ve done great with your business. Wish I had a teacher like you.
Ryan, I hope you and the crew had a great first day of pouring concrete yesterday. I look forward to watching the 2023 season of Victory making that Eaaaassssy Money.
16:38 You can tell he’s enjoying the truck. I am so excited to see this season.
I love the addition of Ray, and the letting a friend borrow the buggy. You continue to be a great guy, blessings to you.
Glad to see everyone get together to discuss the year! Excited!!
Big shout out to Gabe, that was an amazing thing to do. I think Ryan's attitude is rubbing off on us all in the world.
He certainly is helping a lot of Contractors and Retail/Wholesale Businesses with widespread exposure!
Met him in real life on a job, I said hello he just glanced. Attitude on cam is definitely different.
@@swirledworld340oh 😮, maybe he was frustrated that day
@Shaan Bae possibly Darrel still worked for him then. 🤣

My favorite parts are your reaction to the power buggy(I was surprised by the 21 right away as well) and seeing all the trucks backed in ready to go. That shot of the trucks spoke a lot.
It’s concrete season! So excited to see the crew back in action!
I was tested for patience a couple of times, unfortunately, each time the results came back negative. Here’s to a healthy & prosperous season for you & the boys, Ryan! I appreciate you all.
Cannot wait for the season to start
Wishing you and the crew a great new start up for 2023. You got everything ready! 👍👍👍 Love your videos!
What an honor it is with what the Franklin Store said. The impact of Victory's videos has brought in new customers to their store. So awesome.
Really happy for you Ryan!, Hard work pays off and you are a perfect example of that. I wish I was closer I would come to work for you today..
Man, what a great guy you are, Ryan! Love your channel, your crew.
It’s awesome watching u being excited about your new equipment for your growing company….I work for my dads company and when we first started I liked watching my dad light up when we could afford nice equipment that’s going to help our company grow especially since we started from nothing …..I’m happy for you !!
Ryan is the best and most prepared boss ever. Making sure his workers get what they need before hand. Then when the season starts they guarantee will be ready!
i started watching your channel when i started my inside carpentry job, i love the work you do i love your workers and your videos, i’m currently injured by a car accident and will be binge watching all the victory outdoor service videos. keep them coming please much love from virginia
Congratulations to Ryan for all the new stuff ,great looking equipment
loved the way you got all the trucks set and ready to go looks clean and professional. looks like the trucks cant wait as well.
Glad concrete season is here. Found your videos on Facebook in January after a truck accident put me out of work for the next two months. Binge watched all your videos. Made those two months go by fast. Glad to actually keep up with this season.
i like how you let bugs bring his dog to work, it keeps the company spirits high
This is my favorite channel to watch. Good way to start the day.
so cool to see Eric taking the reins. also good for the team that the toxic one isnt around.
looks fantastic seeing the fleet all lined up ready to go.
One thing in particular that i most admire about Ryan is his willingness to help fellow Contractors and Retail/Wholesale Businesses... the follow on effect has such a positive impact!
Hi Ryan, I’m Praying for a big season for you so you can get that land.

OK, so find a way to put Eric's hair, together with Buggs' mustache, and Ray's beard......EPIC

Appreciate all your videos. I’m not in the industry or even close to it lol. Been trying to figure out why I enjoy your videos so much. I think it’s because you are genuine and real. Seems harder and harder to find people like you in this world. Good luck on your journey this year!
Yeah Joe, your right on the "Easy Money" there, genuine and real will seal the deal every time!
Your excitement for the power buggy was great. Made me feel like I was 7 again getting my first new, not hand me down bike. Classic!!
Wish you and the crew the best!!!!! Hope all works out with the new property, it was great news!!! You deserve all the best. Make that money!!!!!
Ryan, you need more hats on your merch store. I need one of those! Thanks for the videos, you are the man.
Just ticked over 10pm in Sydney and you have made my night.
When you saw mr.Bobby and he wasn’t willing to go and you without a thought told him you’d fill his tank REALLY speaks volumes to the type of person you are. GOOD people deserve GOOD things. Congratulations on the continued success.

Haha I always love when you ask the Home Depot employees why stuff is so expensive, they have no idea.
Oh do I miss these videos in the summer. So much more going on. I'm an ironworker and I've always been intrigued about concrete work
Have a Blessed and Productive Season..🌿🕊️
After watching Eric try to back down the ramp and wimp out he should get pink shirts until he mans up.
That new equipment looks really great! What an upgrade! To keep that new buggy looking clean you should first wax it everywhere a couple of times, even the visible parts of the engine. Then just before using it wipe it down with an oily rag or spray it with WD40. That will keep the cement from sticking to it so it is easier to clean it right off. The old buggy can me cleaned up with with swimming pool Muriatic acid to remove the dried cement. Be sure to keep it away from Eric! I'm sure Nate can use it safely Then wax and oil it.
even with the age of your mack it is in great condition lets hope the new driver takes good care in driving and maintaining it for you
loved watching you prepare for you season kept me motivated improving things for my business! excited for some easyyyyy moneyyy this season!
