Man, watching you and Eric just getting stuff done. him being your sidekick takes me back to working with my old journeyman. Just a good healthy working relationship where you can see skills being handed down. Some times it’s slow and complicated but sometimes it’s smooth and fast. At least from my perspective.
When I worked for a garage door company, to graduate from lone clean installer to repairman apprentice took havin the boss of the company sit in your passenger seat for a full day just watching you, it was pretty stressful but work the pay.

You got pretty lucky since you’ve started this channel. Not only with the extra income but the workers you’ve gotten rid of and the ones you’ve hired. Eric and bugz are the perfect example of the two different types of people you want to work around. Eric is fun & bugz is a hustler. It’s great to see how much Eric has grown on bugz too. I remember watching them screed together and bugz wouldn’t even joke around with him.
That new equipment looks really great! What an upgrade! To keep that new buggy looking clean you should first wax it everywhere a couple of times, even the visible parts of the engine. Then just before using it wipe it down with an oily rag or spray it with WD40. That will keep the cement from sticking to it so it is easier to clean it right off. The old buggy can me cleaned up with with swimming pool Muriatic acid to remove the dried cement. Be sure to keep it away from Eric! I'm sure Nate can use it safely Then wax and oil it.
I was tested for patience a couple of times, unfortunately, each time the results came back negative. Here’s to a healthy & prosperous season for you & the boys, Ryan! I appreciate you all.

Get the painted parts of the buggy Line-x with the premium top coat it’ll last a lot longer, easier to remove concrete and keep the frame/body intact & cleaner much longer

you should have a rear camera built on your truck so you don't get stressed by little E when you have to back up to the trailer :D
