Thank You Sir! Happy Birthday! 🎉🎈🎂. Green Works has been good work with so far. I purchased 80volt battery powered tools from Costco. I have had three battery replacements, no charge. They reduced their support hours of operations recently. No customer service on Saturday. I call the phone # on the battery, send pictures of the serial # and they send replacements. Purchased through Costco, we have eight years on the batteries. 👍🇺🇲
