The most important first step is creating the habit of continuously investing your money. Pretend like the money you invest is money that you never made and DON'T TOUCH IT for several years. You'll look back a few years later and be surprised at how much it's grown!

Hey Sean since you're in America real estate is so cheap look at the uk real estate the average house is 100k 4 bedroom 425000 so much more what should I do I'm 15 so I'm looking

I'm sure there are other parts in the UK that are really cheap, but they probably aren't in the major cities such as London. I recommend meeting real estate investors near you through local meetups to learn about the different markets in your country. You're still young so use this time and absorb as much as you can. I think crypto should be a bit higher because you can just buy a part of a bitcion like a fraction stock. Also where would you put commodities like gold and silver?

I don't know...I think buying crypto is too volatile and even a bit too complicated for beginners. Especially since there are many ways for you to lose everything (if you lose your private key, or if the exchange you have your coins are goes bankrupt, etc). I'm not a fan

I’m gonna throw my two cents in from going through it with my grandmother after my grandfather passed recently. If you’re gonna get life insurance, make sure it’s WHOLE LIFE. If you get a term life policy and outlive the term, you get nothing. $200k gone.
