I pulled the trigger on this thing 3 days ago and it just came in I’m using it for college and stocks! what are some games I can run? are there any upgrades I can do to make it better great review guys I’m barely getting into laptops recently tips would help
Upgrade ram to 16gb, buy a laptop cooler or find a stand to elevate laptop for more airflow and you're good. If still got some extra bucks to spend, get an external monitor for more fps boost as it connects directly to the Dgpu.
WARNING, with this laptop you get 30fps in GTA V...which is pretty bad. The GTX 1050 is a 5 year old graphics card, if you purchase this laptop don't expect much fps in AAA games, its fine in not graphicly demanding games like csgo, but it will run games like cyberpunk 2077 with 10 fps, at least get a laptop with 1050ti... Also, with the lack of battery capacity, you can only game for like 45 minutes on battery and then you need to plug it into a charger...which defeats the whole purpose of a laptop, just get a desktop with the same spec for $200 less.
This laptop is HORRIBLE for school. I once dropped it off of a desk and now the right back corner is completely taped up. The plastic is quite fragile near the outer vents.

@@pikachu5647 sorry but loud fans for me are cancer, heavy big laptops are even worse and poor battery life is a problem for me
my opinion remains the same
I have this gaming laptop but with a gtx 1660ti with a i5-10300h Intel cpu and it’s really makes you appreciate faster hardware cause I used to have a very low end windows 7 laptop

get the legion for some dollars more it performs so much better
got the 16.1 inch and 1650 ti version of this for a $100 bucks from my friend with a logitech G502 mouse i think i got a deal 😅

Do you rmemeber what size SSD you used? Thank you
2.5?
Another great video, could this laptop run mmo’s well?
definantly
Yes!
@@wavytoad9983 yeah lol
Awesome thank you so much!
I just bought the same laptop but with a Ryzen 7 and a 1650 ti, it has been fantastic until now except for the integrated webcam, worth every cent ❤️
Can I play gta 5m on it???
Yeah u can play GTA 5 at very high settings, this machine have gtx 1650
i had this laptop for about 5 to 7 months now and its rlly good
Could you add Rainbow 6 seige to your game list?
Rainbow gets at least over 90 fps on high with these specs!
I got this for Christmas and it is really good
Budget don’t have a meaning no more lmfao
It does
Budget means How much money are you willing to spend on (something)
@@frozenturbo8623 technically yes
you are confusing the idea of i am broke, i have no budget with the idea of my budget is this number, what can i buy with that?
There's some people that need to check a dictionary:
"Budget: (adjective) appropriate to a restricted budget"
So no, you're not confusing the meaning of budget, Mr Díaz.
@@superlumbagoman9370 that definition if you read it again, is very open to interpretation
restricted to budget, what budget
I just snagged a SWEET deal on the MSI GP66 leopard. The one I bought has an I7-1180h and a 3080, along with 32 GB Ram (it’s 16 Dedicated CPU, 8 Dedicated GPU, 8 shared GPU/iGPU and 1TB SSD, with Bluetooth and Wifi6e. The best part? It was only 2500 dollars! Most 3080 laptops would cost you at least 3300 dollars, so that’s a freaking steal!
With a 240Hz 1080p screen, I can usually get 110+FPS in Modern Warfare at max settings, 1.25 scaling and RTX/DLSS. I’ve gotten great results with other games, too, like Fallout 4 and Tekken 7, but on battery it gets a little thirsty.
Great video guys, you should try the Dell Inspiron gaming
I got it a year ago and it’s amazing it’s good for work gaming everything
bruh pls just gimme an amazon link
Bought a HP gaming 15 laptop from walmart, did not disappoint!!
Yeah I got the 16 inch and it's amazing for gaming

These 2 bros are good people! been watching every video, yet always forgot to subscribe! btw can get 1 of these laptops from Micro center for only $599 now.
I see that but its with 8gb of ram. Can you upgrade?
@@juanitojaime4553 yea, you can upgrade the ram to 16gb, just get one 8gb DDR4 laptop ram stick and install it yourself, or ask microcenter to do it for you.
I own an HP Omen 17. i7, 1070 with 16 gb ram. It runs anything I want it to on pretty high settings with little to no problems. It does get a little hot if ran for an extended period of time but overall I love it.
Dang that's the same knife selvester stallon used to kill predator! 😂😂
Just bought it other than fast battery consumption
I have an older version of this, mine is hp pavilion gaming 15-ec0101ax with a ryzen5 3550h and 60htz display others all same, I have had a 144htz external wall mounted 27inch display for it. It is still available for like 550 dollars. Without the ram and ssd upgrade I did on it. I would suggest mine though coz it has better battery backup as compared to a 144htz one.
I would get this or the ASUS TUF F17, I have that one and for the price it blows your mind how incredible it is
i bought a laptop for 550$ which is 150$ less and it works ok but not even close to this other one. if your thinking of buying one, get this one for sure
Hello great review also I have a question would this laptop be able to stream games on Twitch?
I got the hp pavilion gaming laptop 15-cx0xxx
I7 9700k gtx1650 and performance mods and its a beast
I almost have the exact kind of laptop.
60fps is premium for me.. People ask for too much these days
Who else is watching this while waiting for it to be delivered to your house
Love the video🤣🤣, but if you guys are ever going to get rid of it, my laptop just broke yesterday and I use it everyday for school. Not trying to guilt trap you just saying, keep up the great videos tho!!!
Am I the weird one, or is that knife ridiculous? It was almost the size of the laptop box. And I would understand if it happened just this time but it's been used for unboxing for quite some time now. Great video btw, but comparing similar price laptops vs desktops (as a future video idea) seems unrealistic. But would love to watch that...
Yesss just bought it and needed a rewiew thAnks you, also do you think I will get more frames if I get a monitor
Ofc!
Nice video bro. U earned my sub
Will this laptop run warzone well?
yes
I had the 1660ti version of this and it was a good laptop I would recommend upgrading the memory though.
How's the hinge, though?
@@dranoelflores1341 it was fine
dude i love this but dam, only 2 stocks left. Technically 4 bc there is another with nvidia and ryzen. But you lied its 700 dollars
You should review the lenovo ideapag Gaming 15 2021 edition with ryzen 5600H.... Its a baller laptop at a great budget price
I just wish you can customize the colors instead of the acid green
Love that knife
