Yeah its a part of the clevo/medion/laptopsdirect bunch. They do a lot of rebranded devices for bigger companies. They have half decent quality control so I wouldn't be too scared about buying one
I recently graduated from a nice gaming laptop to a pc i built myself, watching some of your build guides on repeat. My build had completely different parts then any of your guides but they helped especially when hooking up the power supply cables to the motherboard.

This is just a Clevo laplop. Clevo bases are good, some of them even have changeable desktop CPU’s. If you don’t care about the battery life and screen colour coverage, it’s an ideal choice.
I recently got lucky on a budget laptop. It is from CyberPower, and has an i7-8750H, a 1060, 16GB DR4 2400 dual channel and a 500GB NVMe SSD with room for a SATA 2.5 which I filled with a 500GB SSD. It also came with 32GB of Optane memory, which may be making all the difference in gaming. Since the monitor is 15.6, 60hz, the computer has no problem getting 60FPS in Fortnite, Forza Horizon 5, and more. Price? Less than $300, but it was used. The bonus is the keyboard has blue switches. I bought it because my daughter's computer is an AMD A12, and the keyboard is failing. My computer (ASUS TUF, Ryzen 5 4600, 1660, 24GM dual channel, 2TB of SSD storage) also has a failing keyboard, and will be out of commission so I'm using the CyberPower until it's fixed.
not to flex or anything but I recently got a dell g15 off marketplace for $280 (i haggled) with an rtx 3050 and ryzen 6600 I believe it was. I then gifted it to my friend so we can play Helldivers but that was one of my best marketplace finds yet.
It's a clevo laptop like the v150rne. I had multiple clevo laptops and they were pretty good quality. Many configurable custom laptops are clevo barebones.

Are you sure the 2nd partition isn't a Recovery Partion? OEMs like doing that and have you create the recovery disc's instead of them having to make them and charge more for the laptop.
i heard computers from china usually have the hard drive partitioned into 2 or more partitions so people can dual boot another os if they want to, not sure though, i know china is pushing people to use linux but i'm not a reliable source so take what i say with a grain of salt

Hasee is a genuine computer company since 1995 in China, but they are still a relatively small company in the business. from my experience, some of their products are really worth the price than other giants.

It's crazy that a noname brand actually uses dual channel RAM, meanwhile, well known brands like Asus, puts only one stick, in many cases. Dual channel RAM makes a HUUUGE difference.
I'm using the hasee 13500hx+4060 model as my gaming machine, it's enough for all the jrpgs and rhythm games like OSU(600+fps) plus DJmax. With star citizen at nearly 55-60 fps in space and 50 fps in space station New Babbage at 1080p high quality, any problems at this price(RMB5500 or £600) would be mine. Just a reminder, for star citizen you should upgrade to 32g ram at least, and do not using the original ssd, only save movies or small games in that drive or you will stearing at the loading screen all day long

I just bought Lenovo Legion 5 with r7 5800h rx 6600m 16gb ram 165hz display...ngl its very good just had to clean it and change the thermalpaste cus temps were high now runs cool on 70c avg not even loud,only thing is that im getting used to it cus i been desktop gaming my whole life and its kinda hard to go from 27inch display to 15.6inch

its basically the same shell as the gigabyte g6 model. with the same ports at the bottem. the back display cover is the only discernible difference and the specs are different. Only reason why I know is because i own the g6 with a i7, RTX 4060 2024 model.

My main concern is you're in for alot on bother and fees if the unit is faulty. I was so nevous buying 2-pack power banks from Amazon and risk having faulty units with bothersome return. Thankfully they work. I wouldn't risk buying a laptop without a "no question asked 3+ weeks return policy".

It also seems they lied in the listing saying it has a cpu clock speed of 4.4 GHZ which is not true but more importantly your I5 seems to be downclocked as my 12450h base clock is 2.5 while your task manager listed 2.0. They might be referring to boosted speed but giving yours seems underclocked I would bet it would not go past 3.5 GHZ.

I can't believe you just said yoy don't know the rule of two partitions. Any smart guy on the planet that deals with 1 drive in his system will have 2 partitions. Main reason, and main, if anything goes wrong with your system partition all your valuable data is on the 2nd partition mainly named D So yes 2 partition when you only have 1 drive should be standard

It also seems they lied in the listing saying it has a cpu clock speed of 4.4 GHZ which is not true but more importantly your I5 seems to be downclocked as my 12450h base clock is 2.5 while your task manager listed 2.0. They might be referring to boosted speed but giving yours seems underclocked I would bet it would not go past 3.5 GHZ.

Any smart guy on the planet that deals with 1 drive in his system will have 2 partitions.
Main reason, and main, if anything goes wrong with your system partition all your valuable data is on the 2nd partition mainly named D
So yes 2 partition when you only have 1 drive should be standard
