I hate to "Um, actually" someone, but evolution's pollution factor is based on pollution produced overall. Air filters unfortunately do not reduce the pollution factor of evolution.
I've been thinking, what if you allow loaders to only allow if there is a full trains worth of cargo in it? You could implement circuits to figure out a stack size, then use the classic amount of inventory slots (i forgor 💀) multiplied by that amount to set the amount it needs to be above to allow trains! This way you have a universally applicable design that works for every possible train stop, possibly using a name like "UNINITIALIZED STOP" so that it doesn't get a train in. Logic could look like this: 1. train wagon with every slot taken by fish or something (or iron plates if it's a fish train) which sees how many fills up when the inserter/loader stops working while there is still input, the stack size. 2. Multiply that number by how many wagons you want from a constant combinator 3. Multiply that number by the number i forgor 💀 4. Divide the amount of resources in the buffer by the max capacity of a single wagon, making sure to make the output signal L and close to the train stop 5. Use both the "Set train limit" and "Resources in train (or whatever it is), by adding the resources in the train to the resources in the buffer amount and train limit to the number 6. MODULAR GLOBAL TRAIN LIMITER LETS GO some suggestions: 1. make the entire line go into, and subsequentially out of, the stack size figurer outer wagon. This also functions as a 6:6 balancer if you use loaders! 2. make it compact. please. i don't care if it is possible to make new infastructure, if it isn't hooking resources into an old base to keep it running enough to unlock construction bots or whatever then do not leave extra space, if you need the throughput then MAKE ANOTHER TRAIN SECTION, DAMNIT! i think pretty hard, good news is i have one of these a day and most are debating (completely deleting their argument by catching them AT THEIR MODEL LET'S GOOO)
