What kind of split do you do? Do you just hit full body all the time or have designated days for upper body/legs/core
Are you doing this all in one workout or do you split it up in to 2 different days?
Split it up for different days so I’ll use some for leg day and on upper body days I’ll use some

Wish I read this earlier! I just started and dived right in, an hour later I was only just finishing core and mobility, plus I already ended up dropping from 4 sets to 2 About half way through the leg session in fear of never completing this workout 😱
