    Man you're my idol
    I spent a lot on my kb's and started at home
    I have lost 20 pounds of pure fat and gained 2.2 pounds of muscles in 2 months
    and of course i have a great diet and sleep i'm 6'5 tall and broad asf

    What kind of split do you do? Do you just hit full body all the time or have designated days for upper body/legs/core

      Split it up for different days so I’ll use some for leg day and on upper body days I’ll use some

      Wish I read this earlier! I just started and dived right in, an hour later I was only just finishing core and mobility, plus I already ended up dropping from 4 sets to 2 About half way through the leg session in fear of never completing this workout 😱
      Any way, loved it, and I’m grateful for the free content that you put up🙏
      I’ll finish the rest tomorrow 😜
