    Thank you! This is really mind-opening. I've been lifting and playing sports over 50 years and really appreciate the depth of purpose and the long range perspective in your training. Again, thank you.

    Sir could you do a 30-40 full body workout? One that we can watch and do at the same time? Kind of like an Insanity workout. Thnx!

    Keep killing it, King. Any advice on where to get some decently priced kettlebells?

      There's a 20 to 50 pound adjustable kettlebell currently available at Walmart for $53. I've used my first one for about 8 years and got a second one about 5 years ago. It takes standard (1" hole) plates, like you'd use on a spinlock dumbbell. I have a broad selection of plates, and like my York "pancake" plates best for the kb. They are the flattest, least thick iron plates I've found, which means they fit the most weight per inch on a dumbbell or kettlebell spindle. Good luck!

    How heavy are those red handled kettlebells?

    • @mysterioanonymous3206
      @mysterioanonymous3206 3 місяці тому

      Reds should be 32kg, or 2 pood. Heavy af. Don't focus on weight though. Focus on form. The weights will come in time. Focus on effort, too. His 80% may be 32kg's. Your 80% maybe 16kgs. Same effort.
