Great posting. Inspiring. One of my favourites is a 1-2 mile Farmers Walk with 12kg kettlebells and strict upright form and foot placement. Great for grip strength and cardio. Can mismatch weight for extra core stabilization work. New sub.
@adriell how much if you train is kettlebells in a ratio? Like 50/50 100/0, the physique you have dosnt usually have the first guess of that dude smashes kettlebells all day but you also go heavy with very unique movements 😊
