Internal engine for replacing a piston head.
In this video I show the internals of the engine. How to find TDC. Showing why it is important to never let your engine overheat and why carbon build up is bad for valves.
Was able to reassemble the engine, got it running and have been using it for a few years. Hardest challenge in reassembling is putting the two halves back together with black gasket maker (sets in couple minutes). The two halves must be lined up perfectly and its a bit tricky.
