- For those that are unsure on how the event works at a competition.
Yes, I'm terrible at FMC (I legit got a 66 average) but i just wanted to try it out, so please don't ask me how to get good at FMC, cause I don't know :)

When i started doing fmc i felt like i was doing a Test
Haha same, I was so nervous!
How do custom numbered stickers work for insertions? Do you bring them before the attempt? Can you write on them before the attempt? Is there a limit on how many?
I was looking for this video for ages! You just earned a sub
Thankyou 😊
@@bossblok2020 your welcome! Also, I have a question, are you allowed to leave spaces in between the moves so that you can organize the moves in FMC? Thanks in advance
@@InfinitySpeedcuber you'll have some scrap pieces of paper to do your working out (find a solution) on which you can do whatever you want(leave spaces, create notes, etc.) In my opinion, I wouldn't touch the scramble sheet until I'm absolutely certain about my solution, and then I'd write it on the scramble sheet. Feel free to ask anything else if you need help!
I've been wanting to see this kind of video for a long time. Tysm!
Tip: if you dont know anything about fmc, try solving a few edges, then do cfop
Great video! You earned a sub!
Thanks!
thanks im going to a comp with fmc in august
Good luck!
also, when the delegate says start, do we start the stopwatch
Yes, the stopwatch is for you to keep track of the time, so start it when the delegate starts the attempt
Honestly this comment saved my life.
Are you allowed to submit early. If so, how?
Are the pen and stopwatch provided, or do you have to bring your own?
Both are provided, you don't need to bring your own
@@bossblok2020 k thx!
One question, are you allowed to have another blank paper?
I believe you are, just for working out
How do rotations work?
easier to just not write them at all and write the solution without rotations.
Rotations don’t count as moves though
But... the point is to pursue as few moves as possible 😅 63 is a regular CFOP solve
🤣 yeah, tru that. Proving how bad I was at fmc, I did solve it CFOP! 😂😂
I’m doing fmc in July, my goal is to get a sub 60 move solution lol
Somehow at home I average sub 50 with FMC
