I hate how he never mentions the fact that a cup of natural cows milk has more sugar per cup (lactose, about 12g per cup) than a cup of many sugary breakfast cereals, liquid calories are easy to consume, a typical portion of cereal doesn't weigh much. Milk doesn't have the antioxidants and fiber that fruit does to combat the natural sugar, sugary breakfast cereal usually is pretty low in saturated fat, zero cholesterol and the first ingredient is usually a whole grain. None of that can be said about natural cows milk.

Let their customer service department know that all the extra added salt, oil and sugar is not necessary or desired and is causing health issues. Reduce or eliminate highly processed food from your diet if you can.

Even though this would likely require mass movements and violence, let's assume it happens. As long as capitalism remains the foundation of the system, the same problem would inevitably reoccur. New elites would emerge, as capitalism naturally concentrates wealth in the hands of a few. That accumulated wealth would eventually be used to rebuild the very system we have today.
