Thanks bro, my screen was black but I could tell very slightly back-lit, just nothing would come up on the screen. The power+up volume got me able to reboot without even having to fully wipe. Perfect Cid!

omg i tried to hold power on button and volume up for hours but it doesnt work. the next day i tried with the toothpick on the reset area and press the power on and volume down button and its work. thanks bro. u save my life. already pressed the like button for ur video😉

Had plugged it in for over 24 hrs , thinking the battery was very dead ----- but pressed the button for 15 secs . and it started up.

i got my RCA VOYAGER III tablet @ Walmart too.
I was almost gone a dump my tablet, before I saw this video. I have the exact same RCA model with windows 10, a repair store told me that the screen was not working and it would cost more than the price of the tablet. Finally, I tried and did a reset by pressing the ON switch and inserting the power cable after pressing the ON and it came back to life. Thanks for advice : )

Thanx. Pushing the power button 30secs worked for my Cambrio w1162 11 inch windows tablet. After I shut it down, it powers on normally again with a 3sec power button push. I have a second backup exact same tablet just in case one dies.
Thanks, that reset did the thick. It may not be the fastest tablet but it works pretty good for how inexpensive it is thank you for the video

NOTE: In the video the technician uses a short press of the power button to wake the tablet from sleep for purposes of demonstration. Anyone trying these steps should use a long press of the power button because the tablet needs to reboot, not wake from sleep.

I have the RCA Cambio windows version. I did a hard reset and now it will not power up at all where as it would before. There is no reset button on the back. I have tried what you suggested but still won't power up. Any ideas?

Even taking the tablet apart didn't work for me. I have had two RCA Voyager tablets and they both suddenly stopped working after less than a year. It's frustrating to say the least because I did not abuse them and the second tablet simply went black while I was using it.

For windows, plug in a usb keyboard and if you can get the rca logo to come up, press f7 for boot menu, or esc, f1, f2, f10 or del to bring up bios.
You may need a usb install for that device to get it running again.
I had the rca logo then just spinning logo, i mashed top row to get it into recovery and repair.

I have an Android version of this tablet, and the version I have is: RCT6077W2. And my issue is that: I drop it, and it won't turn on. If I do turn it on, the screen will come on. But, it will be white with different color line. Plus, it makes a buzzing sound. Is there a solution into fixing this problem?
My mom found this tablet on a trash the screen has a crack,she gave it to me to see if it works. I plugged the charger to the rca tablet nothing. It's completely dead. I need a fluke 12 multimeter. It might be the circuit board failure from the resistors or the chip has failed or the battery needs to be replaced.
