- Here is how to Hard reset any Android RCA Tablet by booting into android recovery. You can also clear cache partition and so on from here. Erase your device and fix issues such as stuck on boot (Bootloop), Crashing apps and more.

It didn’t work when I charge it a blue thing turns on which means it’s charging but the problem is that IT WONT TURN ON!!😭😖 I had lovely memories there 😔

Worse tablet I have ever had, even after sending it back for repair, still doesn't work, no response from rca, doesn't care about consumer reports, will never buy any rca product again!!!

totally agree. best one i had was the toshiba thrive. i could play games, take notes at school, read books, watch video etc for 11 hours before battery died without charging in between.

I had a different rca tablet that I broke we sent it for repair and they said they’d either repair it or send a brand new one of the same model they didn’t even send that one they sent us a cheap small completely different tablet that had only 8 gigabytes and didn’t come with the keyboard

You hold down volume+ and power button but first shut it down
In the tablet go to start then search factory reset you can reset from there

I just tried the hard reset, it's saying permission denied to clearing the cache, and the reboot system now, it just goes back to the voyager loading screen as usual. Or it could be me being impatient, but 2 minutes went by while waiting lol

Every Tablet of these I've had has had the button.
I figured it out. There's a little hole next to where you plug in the power cord. Get a straightened paperclip and while powering it on and holding the power button, you press down in the hole with the paperclip until the screen comes on and let go of power button. 🙏♥️

Can you do one of this tutorials for bypass google. I've been seeing lots of tutorials but everyone uses the assist button or the keyboard configuration and my tablet doesn't have it
My tablet get stuck on the screen where is says Galileo Pro. And it sucks, it stays like that for so long then the tablet gets over heated and then the battery dies again.

I have a Galileo pro that I did a factory reset on because somebody put a passcode on it and nobody seem to remember what the passcode was. So now my screen is on the unfortunately google play services has stopped. It has the OK button however every time I click the OK it just keeps flashing off and on or I should say just keeps flashing. I could definitely see in the back where there is finally something happening and it says just a sec so I am just leaving it there for the meantime before not even that option was available. So what’s next?
My tablet is a Android Voyager, RCA. All my apps starting stopping, it was spamming "this app has stopped" all over the screen to the point I couldn't do anything. I have no reset button, my reset button is when you go to turn the tablet all the way off and there's power and reset. Now, it only stays on the loading screen. It doesn't actually turn on. What should I do? And is there any way I can avoid fixing it with money? btw, I'm 13. And I bought this tablet in August with my money. If my mom finds out its not working, shes gonna laugh at me and call me a failure or something other then trying to help me. So is there also a way I can avoid bringing my parents into this? lol

I did this, just wanted to wipe it clean, and when I rebooted I got to the initial startup screen. Then Google Play Services kept crashing, UA-cam crashed, Hangouts crashed, and a couple others. Not sure why they crashed as I hadn't even set up the Tablet yet after I reformatted it. I called RCA and they had no clue. Told me to go to a local repair shop. It seems like a software issue and I'm pretty tech savvy so I'm not going to do that and pay someone to do something I can do myself. Any ideas on what may be causing the errors?

I did that and when you boot it it displays errors that "Unfortunately has stopped" then when you select the language it just says "Please wait..." and freezes...

I got one used, even though it was factory reset it still wants a pattern verification. I factory reset several times and it's still locked.

I did exactly what you said and then that screen disappeared… maybe I hit the power button by accident once that screen came up and the screen went black.. I repeated the process and nothing is coming up… 🤦🏽♀️
Would it help to factory reset to fix a busted battery that won't stop draining? My tablet flickers then shuts off unless it's plugged up.
