Galaxy Tab A8: Black Screen? Won't Turn On? Easy Fixes!

- I show you how to fix a black screen issue where the screen will not turn on even-though you know your Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is on. Try each possible fix. If you tried every step and still black screen (blank screen) then try every step a 2nd time, if no go again then try a 3rd time try up to at least 7 times if you have too. If you tried each step at least 7 times then we should see at least a 75% Like ratio. So if this worked for you plz LIKE and comment which step worked for you so others can see a well. Good Luck!

My only (very, very minor) complaint is that I ordered this in bronze and they sent me black. Yes, it should have been corrected, but we were only in country for a short period of time and I didn't want to run the risk of not getting a new one in time. I'm such a fan of Samsung Galaxy tablets that I'd rather suck it up than lose out on having it. In the big scheme of things, this rates an irritant factor of .0000000001 out of 1000. In other words, I'm not looking at the colors when I use it, so I got over it very easily.

This worked! (so far!) I went through the steps in order and it sputtered back to life after the massage. Then I got some half-black screens and flickering, so I whacked it and now it seems to be working. Thanks so much!

i did that and it worked .But turning it off made it poo itself again ,3 times already. after turning back on the battery was flat overnight . beginning to think samsung are crap .

WOW!! I can’t believe this really worked! THANK YOU!! I’ve been trying to get it to turn on for nearly 2 weeks. I had bought a new charger and tried all the reset buttons but I got nothing but a black screen with a circle showing it was 100% charged. I was about to drive 17 miles to a Samsung store to get it fixed when all it needed was to be smacked around 😂😂😂😂….I guess technology also needs an attitude adjustment here and there.

Yo this worked. I habe been trying to get this thing to work again for a year. It happened once before when I was in tha hospital, but this time seemed final. I beat it, massaged it, beat it some more, reset 10 or so times in between all tha love taps. I was about to stick it in tha freezer and I smacked it real good one more time... It has come back to life. Amazing.

After my screen times out and goes black, or when I close the magnetic cover, the screen doesn't always come back on, even though the tablet is on. I can do some of the things mentioned in your video to get the screen to come on again, but then it happens again. I even did a factory reset and loaded only a few apps and the next day it started again. How do I fix it permanently?
