you need to find someone with a tablet the same as yours and get them to make a wifi 10 restore USB for you and run it in yours, i did the same and my tablet works fine

You haven't got the right updates for touchscreen. RCA may have them. I don't have them.

@@jamelsims try getting wifi working before installing windows, that way it will look for drivers as it installs. I had to buy a d-link usb wifi.
When you reinstall turn off your house Wi-Fi until it completely loads everything then reboot turn on Wi-Fi while it reboots.
