Thanks for sharing this recipe with others. I love the use of the ice cream scoop to drop the dough in the hot oil. This is such a treat for my children at Easter time. Happy Holiday and thanks again for sharing.

They look great :). I think I'd just go with confectioners sugar like they usually are made, but the ones you made look damn good with that HD camera lol

They are very easy to make, and the best part about making these: you know what's in it :)

We make these on Christmas Eve..? Or Day.? We make some Half Plain.? And the other Half of the Dough.? We mix in either pieces of Baccala ( Cod Fish ) or Anchovies.? And fry them.? Just like the Plain ones.? You can put the Powdered Sugar on them also if you like them like that.? I look forward to them every year.? But it does not have to be Christmas.? To make them any time you have the urge to eat them.? Thanks for sharing your Recipe & Video.?

A REDTAIL That sounds really good with Baccala in it. I love Baccala when made the right way. LOL thanks for watching.

Either your yeast was bad or your water was too hot. You don't want it to be no hotter than 115 degrees.

My zeppole spread out flat when they go in the oil anything I should do to stop that from happening?

Sounds like you don't have enough flour or your oil isn't hot enough. I do plan to re-film this recipe soon.

Used your recipe earlier today, only I put Oreos in them to make Oreo Zeppole. A pizzeria near me sells them but I thought I'd try making them. They came out great, here's a pic:

Thanks for posting this video and recipe! I'm gonna have to pace myself, lol.
Also appreciate you saying "stop the bullying and abuse". I feel bad for the children who have to deal with that at school, and for people who deal with it in other aspects of life.
