Get off the boat/ wrap to shore. And shoot the heli.
For the part where u have to chase the dude use the SMG that guy used, it's OP
I did this died on the boat and when i died i just got a heli from my garage it worked
someone on reddit said the same thing, it works so easily, i was ready to rage quit the game i had no memory of this mission being this much of a pain in the ass. replaying the original games reminded me why this series had to die. i feel bad because they lost their jobs but tbh theres a lot of glitches and bugs in these games that ruin the enjoyment you get from the game. i used to love these games, i lost interest in 1 after starting a few missions, i played through almost all of 2 so far, and im not sure if i want to ruin my memories of 3 being a good game by playing it again for the first time in over 10 years

That's what it was. He did it to take control of Ultor and name himself head of the place. Quite cleaver actually. Makes killing him more satisfying

The helicopter shoots a missile that targets me and I have to restart all fucking over again. Fuck this mission
If you’re struggling to complete this mission just go on the jet ski trip then don’t move just stay until the helicopter comes just shoot it down then head to the yacht

So I got this game and being harassed by the enemy Tornados in-game (I can understand shooting missiles, but lock-on one-hit raep missiles!? Come the fuck on!), I went to look up more info about it.
Apparently the unpatched game had a "bug" that left the enemy Tornados firing them very rarely and relying on their machine guns most of the time. But the patch "fixed" the "bug" and now they'll fire them every 10 or so seconds.
I dunno about you, but that sounds less like the developer fixing the game and more like a "crap, we just made the level worse; well, let's just call it a feature and let's save some face". Great classic game otherwise.
the stupid heli is pissing me off when u go kill Akugi what the hell ever hes name they throw bombs at u it dosent kill u instent but this heli does what the fudge and the yaht is far away how would they let u have a jetski if ur running away from a heli this mission does not make any sense sometimes i beat it

Ikr all i did was get out the boat and rather use that special kane shotgun i obtained or an rpg to shoot down the chopper then get back on
