We’ve been all over Scotland - and it’s such a beautiful country.
But we’ve fallen in love with the Isle of Mull. Skye is wonderful - but I can’t explain it - Mull is just very special and now our favourite.
We will try and do it justice in future videos. 🙏🙏

Hi Donna sorry I haven’t been keeping up with vids. We’ve been off grid for a bit.
We have had an incredible trip down far. Definitely our best yet. We’ve had many Scotland trips over the years but being in a van makes it just so special! The best yet by far. And we’ve fallen in love with the Isle Of Mull. It’s absolutely wonderful. The wildlife here is very special.

Oh it’s just brilliant up here Anna. We’ve had incredible weather and the sites and the island is jaw dropping. Can’t really believe our luck.
Yes, we definitely stocked up 😃😃😃
We haven’t tried the Auto function on the fridge yet - didn’t even think of that 🤦🏻‍♂️
But it’s so far so good - the 12v kept to temperature for long enough 👍👍

You had some wet moments during this part of your trip, so I hope you will have more sunshine these days as you travel around. The ferry you took is quite similar to many ferries you find in Norway, but I guess a Norwegian ferry would have a little bar selling coffee and snacks in the passenger lounge! And I noticed that you purchased oat milk. That is something that can be stored in room temperature before it is opened, so it is a useful drink to bring on long journeys where you really pack your camper with food! So hoping you have a brilliant trip around beautiful Scotland! All the best, Ant

We loved that little ferry even though it was so wet. Great way to avoid the crowds travelling up via Loch Lomond and Glencoe
We’ve been on the Isle of Mull for seven days now. Leave today 😞. And we’ve had warm Sun every day here.
It’s a stunning island. And it’s become our favourite Scottish island. We’ve absolutely loved it here.
Taking a small ferry across to Ardnamurchan today - we don’t think we will get a signal as it’s pretty remote.
But although leaving Mull we’re looking forward to seeing parts of the mainland again

Hello Dave and Sue, Ive been on that Ferry over to Dunoon many years ago and stayed in a cottage in Dunoon. Lovely area. Shame it was raining. Beautiful views on your run to Oban. Oh that’s cool Julie. It’s a great way to get North but avoiding the crowds passing Loch Lomond and Glencoe.
The Oban campsite is stunning. We wished we had stayed longer. So many beautiful walls around there and the campsite is so tranquil!
We’ve been on Mull for seven days now, leaving today and crossing to Ardnamurchan.
No signal for uploads here but maybe we can catch up over there. 👍👍

I'd be terrified of the ferry ride while sitting in my vehicle. That was quite the resupply you had. Looks like you are all stocked up now. Nice campground and amenities. Nice trip. Hope the rain holds off a bit for you. That was a mean looking sheep! LOL Have a great day.

Ha yes that ferry was a lot of fun even though it was pelting down! We have done three more since then, one was tiny! 😃. The weather had been sensational - 15 days out so far and only two days of rain. Lovin Scotland so much!!

Forgot to mention that one time when my coach battery was giving me grief and was running low on propane, I had got to putting a few plastic bottles of water in the freezer. So, during the times of travel between destinations, I'd move those frozen bottles from the freezer down to the fridge. Seemed to work good for the purpose. Thought I'd pass that along as I still do it now in the house for when the power goes out.

Top tip mate. We were just discussing our water. Going to try and top up at the next site. But the freezer as a back up is a great idea!!
We arrive back in some sort of civilisation tomorrow and then off grid for three or four nights.

You will love the Isle of Mull.
We’ve fallen head over heels for the island. It has everything.
We’ve done the North Coast, the West Coast, Skye, the Outer Hebrides but this place has just blown us away. We just left and are now in Ardnamurchan which is equally as remote and beautiful.
Cant wait to come back. Already counting the days!!
Loch Eck is stunning too.
We’re jealous that you will be starting as we leave 😃😃

Gotta love a good quiet campground. Florrie looked good in the ferry. ⛴️. Bet on a clear day those ranges are gorgeous against the water. Roxy’s looks like a sweet place to eat. Grocery restock is a must. I’ll have a glass of that wine. 😂😂. Nice walk up to the falls. Really nice caravan club and campground.

It’s what we signed up for and we wish we’d done it earlier.
