Waka wanted to be loved by tammy. when he first cheated on a major scale, he apologized & tried making up for it. she forgave him & he went and did the same dumb shit again. after that, she took him back, but it wasn’t the same.
he realized this time, she’s not fully invested emotionally. and then that was his excuse to cheat again. “she’s not loving me like how i want to love me” etc.
she DOES love him, but w limits bc she doesn’t want to hurt again… and she did end up hurt AGAIN. then there wasn’t only limits, but a wall too. it wasn’t until she put the wall up that he realized his actions have consequences and he wants it to go back to normal, but doesn’t want to accept this is the new normal he’s created for them.
