You could tell that Joseline genuinely felt for that girl who was upset and talking about being suicidal. Joseline knew she had to still put on some attitude for the camera, but her heart was hurting for that woman.
Say what you want about Joseline, but she knows what it's like to be publicly criticized and I think she legitimately felt for that girl. It may not be the same exact situation, but Joseline knows pain and embarrassment. I think that if the cameras weren't around, she would have a much deeper conversation with that woman.
