I agree… I wish the laundry could be where the table sits to make room for more windows.

This one checks all my boxes! I especially like that big pantry!

As perfect as this is, and I still love it, I think I'd switch the pantry with the dining area, and then put the breakfast bar between the kitchen and dining room. I like more windows. It might detract from the openess a bit, but the extra light will make up for that.

3 run homer on this one. 😉
    Wanna see a GRAND SLAM?
I would say a larger living room but i understand its not a largehouse.
Larger porches that are covered and an attached 2 car garage with a work area also.
    I need a garage.
Love the placement of the tv on a wall instead of over the fireplace.
    GREAT JOB!
    ✌😎

For some reason I cant edit my post again. 🙄
      For the garage....
Access it through the laundry room. With the front of the garage lined up with the edge of the kitchen window. Then extend the back porch over to the garage. Maybe even all the way across the house.
      ✌😎

Great design. I'd extend the pantry all the way out to the far edge of the porch, so a freezer would fit. I do wish it had a foyer though.

Beautiful home, if not a bit drab with the chosen neutral colors. But the layout is perfection. It’s nice to see a design which allows for good television placement whilst still having a fireplace. Because having to place a tv over the fireplace is a bad idea due to all the radiating heat flowing directly up to it and destroying an expensive piece of electronic equipment. Not to mention the awful viewing position in such a small space-my neck already hurts just thinking about that. But I could totally live in this space for the rest of my life! Great work! I only have one question-Where does the HVAC and water heater go? In the attic? Thumbs-up, overall. 👍👍👍

A heat pump and on-demand hot water don't need much of any indoor space, and there are closets by the back door if you want something more conventional. I heartily agree about your comments about the placement of the TV! Almost all the plans posted more recently have taken note of that previous problem.

Adorable house, nice design, but horrible wall colors! What's with the gray? This house should have a warm ambience, and it doesn't at all because of the ugly walls and use of gray everywhere.

Can you not see beyond the choice of decor? It's only like buying a previously owned property with decor you dislike - you redecorate! 🙄

Or if you're building it, have the walls painted whatever color you like.
      All surface things are changeable.

Personally, I love love love the choice in colors. I'm all about calming neutrals on walls, cabinets and such. For pops of color, that's where your choice in wall decor, upholstery, pillows and the like come in. All colors look good with neutrals!

Unless the interior walls look better in person, the design and color looks like you've walked into prison. Yes, you could repaint but that is not what i would want to do after buying my new home. I would love to see some homes with real foyers with coat closets and no fireplaces if possible. Thanks

Iam sure you could get any color you want on the interior.

I loved having a pantry. To me that's very important. But I hated the open kitchen. Most women find it difficult to cook while maintaining a spotless kitchen. Upon entering the house, a messy kitchen makes the whole house look horrible. It also allows the dissemination of cooking grease, etc. to permeate the living room, and the furniture. To me, that's cringe worthy. Other than that, I liked the rest of the house enough to every interested.
