No back door: fire trap!
It's a cute house, but it has a couple of hiccups. Most building codes require a second means of egress. There's noplace to put my coat or remove my shoes when I enter. The British are somewhat accustomed to having their washer in the kitchen, but I'd prefer it elsewhere. A small increase in dimensions could make space for a small laundry/pantry with an outside exit as well as a spot for coat hooks and a small bench at the entry.
I agree. This designer generally always has a place for coats and shoes at the entrance, but nothing here. I can live with the washer in the kitchen, but the lack of a 2nd egress means it can't be built without mods here in the U.S. No thanks.

it is a house and you could make something very nice of it in stone
Maybe swap the dining windows out for a door or one of the bedroom windows can swap out for a door just to have another exit in case of emergencies. Otherwise I think it's a beautiful house.
Непонятные дизайны . Ну нет прихожей ладно. Но тогда как не предусмотрен тамбур ? А как это будет зимой . И потом где разуваться и снимать пальто и тд. Или надо в ботинках и пальто идти в спальню ?
This is a very workable plan,, an d good in house share situations because the bedrooms are so close, if not equal in size.
I would prefer if the divider with the VT into the kitchen was a solid wall, so more storage could be worked into the mix.

Needs a second exit in the house so it's not a fire hazard. Need one full master bath with a tub and one half bedroom I need one master and regular Entryway of the house I need a place to hang clothes and a separate area for laundry and some storage. Smaller doesn't mean less it means more creative spacing options
I like the design but no closet space in the front entrance. Where could I put a desk with computer other than bedrooms. Tv is kinda far away to be viewed in the living room. I would also have a second bathroom there to if you have guests over.
No utility room? Where is the furnace?
My former home had the furnace in the attic.

Yo pienso igual, me encato toda la casa, la cocina me facinó, me encanta cocinar, pero eso de tener la lavadora en la cocina, eso si que no... otra cosa que me haría sufrir, es las camas pegadas en la pared, uff tan duficil hacer la cama en esa posicion terrible...

I love the size of this house… HOWEVER:
1. The kitchen … all those high cupboards 🫣😱? Unnecessary and frankly an eyesore 😮. Who on earth gets up and down some ladder, to get ANYTHING from that level? 2 x tall glass door cupboards (base on top of the counter)for glasses and mugs, on each side of the basin would have been enough.
2. A bigger window instead of all those high cupboards…. We as women spend a lot of time in the kitchen… THAT window is far too small.. we need light. I love the big window in the dining area.
3. You could have EASILY FITTED a Laundry room in between the bathroom and the kitchen wall where the stove is situated.
4. Women are VERY PRACTICAL…. in a small house like this…. we would love sliding doors… even the cupboards need sliding doors… IT TAKES UP TOO MUCH SPACE. much neater.
