Very nice. However, I'd want to build an extension in back of the kitchen for a laundry/pantry room with cabinets for more storage.
Cute as a vacation home.
Love the opening to kitchen. Mighty small fridge. Again, with the two bathrooms side-by-side, and the laundry this time is in the hallway.. combine both bathrooms into one with an integrated laundry. That would give you room to make those bedrooms just a bit bigger because my goodness they are tiny.. love the outdoor living spaces. That back porch would work really well glassed in.

Eu prefiro lareira à lenha por que torna a casa mais aconchegante.
Na cozinha, falta um forno de micro-ondas.

Only thing I would want different Inside, would be a wood stove, instead of a gas fireplace. As for the back deck...... 🤩😍🥰 !!!

ABSOLUTELY love this one!
There are only a couple things that i would change.
A large window in the livingroom next to the front door.
Move the back bedroom out to the edge of the porch. I could easily sacrifice that area for a hallway between it and the bathroom that leads to an attached 2 car garage with a work area.
And the last thing this house is missing is......
Myself and my wife. 😂👍

looking at it again I thought of something else to change.
Like on the back bedroom....
Extend the master bedroom to the edge of the porch.
Bigger bedroom/bathroom so a walk in shower can be added to the bathroom. Once again I could sacrifice that porch area for the added room. 😉👍

As someone who lives in the Rocky Mountains and lives in a house/cabin like this, as does just about everyone I know, I can tell you that electric fireplace is just wrong. You cannot find a cabin without a wood burning fireplace in the living room.
How can I get ahold of you people?? Would love to see some designs on 1 bedroom 1 bath homes or even 2 bedrooms but I’d really like to look at your designs!!

None of the houses ever have a utility area. Where’s the water heater, HVAC, etc.?
How do you get through the fence? There is no gate.
Hate open floor plans; maybe even just folding doors? And where is the utility room?
I really do like having both a tub and a walk in shower. It only takes one injury to show the value of the shower.
I’m looking for 1 bedroom 1 bath farmhouse or log cabin house. Can you show more of those
