I remember the worst thing about depression was not feeling sad but feeling nothing. It wasn’t hot or cold anymore, it wasn’t sad or happy. It was just a blank space and i also felt myselft again while taking medication. Today i don’t need them anymore but i hope it will bring you the same help and peace it gave me!! You’re doing great!

I think I’m here to see you being human, and to see you well, I don’t know you personally but you and Daniel Simmons are my fav vloggers from UA-cam. I feel so sorry to hear that your nervous system was being afffcted , cause that happened to me this year, something in my brain was not working and the hormones and levels in my hypophysis were damaging my face, & I could barely feel it, after the meds the panic attacks showed up and I felt I was going to lose it, I called my parents one day and tell them, I think I’m about to lose reality, but the brain show us tricks and I think you are super intelligent person, your bad days will be over. Read a lot like “the body keeps the score” things that help u understand why this is happening to you and you will get over this period! I wish you so well girl! Hope you heal in this journey 💜

I also suffer from panic attacks and anxiety. and depression. and anorexia. I am going to start medication for depression and anxiety. also have medication that works directly against anxiety, which I can take if needed. I have also been against medicine for a long time, but now need it to survive everything. what medicine are you taking Chloé? Thanks for sharing.

You have no windows, that’s not helpful for anyone’s sense of well-being I have to say. That’s an excellent dish! It is sooo Australian; we call it Smashed Avo, except most of us don’t include salmon.
Have you tried a fried tofu vegan egg? Fry in vegan butter and kala manac :-)(black salt that tastes a little eggy! Going vegan makes you feel lighter and happier!
This channel is increasingly becoming more about consumerism, acquiring more and more stuff, consumming more animal products, and now pills...no wonder you feel so empty...
