I think job boards using AI to make fool of people over 55. Gone are the days when we used to get a reply if we were not selected! Now you cant distinguish if a job is really available or it is just there to update those agency database to discriminate based on age. I stopped searching for jobs as i know some young Canadian immigrant will take my job because of my age and they can afford to work for less. No one cares how much skills you have- its been thrown out of the windows by those STUPID HR EMPLOYEES! We need the job board to indicate if job is actually there or is it to update and sell dbase of applicants- but does our Canadian regulators see this ? I guess they are headless chickens themselves!
So the only option now is to build a time machine, go to the 50's for cheap labor and save money in a long term bank account
