Hridyanshu Sharma I liked your positivity and way of writing although I do not agree with most of the points. I am a muslim and we have very good relations with our hindu/sanatani neigbors and we never saw each other so differently, just as they believe differently than us so they do diffent things. But now a days everything is in contest, you have to justify what and why you do. It has good and bad parts, but as rationale being I see more goods in it.
Now come to the point where I am not agreed with you. Sanatana Dharma- I asked so many also watched so many vedieos in YT, still no clue what that means, I agree it is my ability or disability, but if it is the case it could be with so many. So it is still a buzzword in philosophical and intellectual level. Worship of Nature- it’s a vague concept. If you mean Cosmos, does it created ifself? Or it is created by some ultimate power? If cosmos is maintained by another power it has nothing to give you. A worship of cosmos/nature how far justified? You decide. I can go other points as well. But i request you think and reflect just a few points I raised.

13. God smites women, children and often animals with equal gusto, he seems to equal evil and wrong doing by association, rather than by being guilty of the personal, individual act: "Behold with a great plague will the LORD smite thy people and thy children, and thy wives, and all thy goods: And thou shalt have great sickness by disease of thy bowels, until thy bowels fall out by reason of the sickness day by day." (II Chronicles 21:14-15)

Hinduiam is false and I don't need to understand anything, especially from those who don't even have a solid belief, but a spared pagan practises. It is easier to classify balkan countries in one state than gather all of primitive practises together and name in hinduism.

Then I would write a book of stories, explaining how powerful is my rock crishna and how he defeated other gods. Would that make the rock god? Will there be anything holy in that rock? Will there be truth in it? No, because it was created by me, by human.
God is one and he is one who created everything else. No one can create him because there are no equals to him.

And I’m saying it with all sense of humility that downloading a translation of Veda by some European and reading random verses is not the way of reading Vedas. This is an undisputed fact that understanding Vedas is the matter of many years and a good grip over Sanskrit is a necessity. In fact, this is a well-known story of Mahatma Gandhi that he dropped idea of reading Vedas just because he knew that it will take him 15-16 years (this story is even mentioned in popular Gītā Rahasha). The most time consuming part of Vedas is not it’s number of verses but it’s Language. It is a practical truth that even most of the Sanskrit scholars can’t understand Vedic Sanskrit. Just to understand the linguistic and overall sense of Vedas, one needs to read Vedang (which is collection of 6 books), Vedant (108 upanishads) and many Brahmana scriptures. I’m pretty sure that you can analyse the amount of time and effort it requires to understand the hymns of Vedas. So it’s my request to all readers that never fall in the trap of Hindu-phobics hoaxers who themselves never invested time to study Vedas in detail but just copy few verses from here and there.

Hindu scriptures do not pave way for any belief system. They bring forth more questions in the reader and seeker who then sets on a lifelong journey of seeking the answers and ultimately the truth. Either from gurus or enlightened people who have walked the path or discovering through ones own senses and extrasensory perception. There is no right or wrong or good or bad or truth or false. Journeying and experiencing a chosen path is what matters the most. Liberation is the goal. Obliterating boundaries of physical and materialistic living is the goal. To know that soul is eternal and one with the divine is the goal. To know and realize that everything is a fabric of cosmos (Brahman) is the goal. To know that heaven, hell and drama of life are illusions is the goal. To truly realize that we are mortals and there is a part of us that is immortal is the goal. When people are on this journey regardless of the path, there is no discrimination or my-way-or-the-highway fanaticism or malice in ones thoughts and deeds.

I have found it very ridiculous when Wendy, Audrey or Zakir Naik like hate preachers treat Ramayana, puranas in the same way as they treat their books; as this brother rightly describes, the 'stories' are not important, Krishna and Rama are not to be imitated like they imitate their Prophets. The narrations are not important, more than the things or events described in there, it is the consciousness of reader or listener and what happens to it is the most important thing.
Since there is no commandment does not mean there is no accountability in dharmic tradition. Karma is the judge, jury and executioner. Violation of dharma or balance of natural law creates karma. If anyone's adharmic action is harming a society as a whole, then such a person has to be eliminated by the dharmic forces. So, no commandment does not mean you are not supposed to act within the framework of dharma or you can do whatever you want

Eastern Christianity does not espoused to the idea of Scripture only. Nor do we consider ourselves "People of the Book" Eastern Christianity also use its scriptures and traditions for belief and a direct experience of the Truth. We also have Saints that were walking embodiments of the Truth. We also believe that Universal Truth is accessible to all. We would not declare that all paths lead to the Truth. It does not matter what a person's believes and what spiritual practices that engaged in to have this direct experience of the truth. Like you said, fantasy and delusions are an obstacle to Divination/Theosis.

the problem with many people looking at Hinduism from without is the notion that the hindu has no moral compass , as belief is not very central to the Hindu way of perception. belief is often mistaken for virtue .
Dharma is not moral relativism. Dharma is contextual ethics based on a well validated vedic metaphysics. Morality is not based on any metaphysics. Dharma is beyond ego. Dharma is action without karma to get moksha. Dharma is balance of natural law. Dharma has a profound meaning. eg Dharma of fire is to provide heat and burn.
I am Hindu, first belief then read with devotion and experience ultimate truth. I am very astonished how efficient Dharma Speaks deliver even minute things of Santan Dharma.

However, I think that the greater issue today, is that people become too obsessed with the Tattva, thus attached to the metaphors and remain completely unaware of the point of these metaphors.

It focuses on the guiding path to reach there so dat u cn hv ur own experience of that process lyk others. Ur relationship with god is very personal nd nobdy sud dictate hw it sud b....only u urself will walk dwn dat path wid experienced masters guiding ur way through their experiences that is solely personal to them. Therefore it is always advised to search a true guru who can support u in this journey.there is no one nd only one way to realise god in hinduism. It depends on the individuals situation, state of mind, willingness nd the form in whch he wants to see god. Therefore In hinduism there r so mny interpretations of god coz ppl hv realised them in different forms nd if god exists everywhere than everythng around us is the glimpse of god nd to realise him we need to realise the god dat is present inside us nd our oneness with him, our relationship with him/her.
But as a dharmic hindu, you must fight against adharma (which includes Abrahamic religions and their nefarious activities to convert hindus and defame dharma and its representatives). So, having a "personal god" or weekly temples visits alone is not enough.

Indeed it doesn’t matter whether the scripture themselves are historically true or accurate it’s about understanding the different paths, concepts and perspectives on reality provided by our faith. The Ramayana and Mahabharata can be interpreted as outlining the different beliefs of Hindu tradition and various perspectives and concepts on the world and it’s workings like Shiv-Shakti, Varna, Samsara, Karma and Dharma. The Ishthasa do it through stories to teach a lesson. The validity or historicity of them doesn’t matter only the lessons to take away from them and use that to further ourselves in our life.

If no tradition is organized, then the end result will be nobody will be forced to have the same opinion but it does not mean the opinions are correct.
1. There is no "idol worship" in dharmic tradition. Instead, stone deities or images are focused and meditated upon.
2. Nasthika - means non followers of vedas and the tradition built around it. So, nasthika = adharma. So, every hindus must fight against it.
3. "Worship of nature" - again worship is a wrong word to use. Protection of nature is dharma. Focus + meditation on external objects (whatever it may be) is also dharma
4. So called female energy or shakhti/saraswathi/lakshmir are cosmic allegories for the intelligent energy. It does not only represent "female gross physical body". Again there is no "belief: here. Shakthi is part of the metaphysics. The other part of Shiva which is the cosmic allegory for the formless divine
5. Festivals which do not represent dharma are fake and adharma
6. Vasudhaiva kudumbakam does not mean go soft on adharma
7. Yes, you don't have to visit temples or meditate but you can still follow dharma by actions which do not create karma called as Karma yoga
8. The whole Bakthi yoga is fake. The fake word Bakthi replaced the real word Shraddha which does not mean blind faith

Leave demonic pagan practices and turn to Only God until you have time. There will be no second chance, you have only one life
@@burnadze who is "you" here? Soul or mind/body? If it was soul (shiva), it would be omnipresent and cannot transmigrate. it it was mind/body, then the subtle body (mind + karma) transmigrate.. Human Birth/death is also a duality cycle of nature (shakthi) from subtle to gross physical body and vice versa and continues as long as there is karma which sustains the continuation of the subtle body.
If there is no karma, there is no subtle body and when the gross physical body falls to the ground, the duality cycle from microcosm to macrocosm happens called as Moksha but it is also a temporary state (even though a long one). After destruction, the creation of universe and duality cycle of macrocosm to microcosm (humans) starts again in the presence of the omnipresent formless divine or shiva which is both immanent and transcendent. So, Abrahamic religions saying one life is not based on any validated metaphysics.
