You gotta look at it as a floating house that has a built in motor to move it about. This isn’t something you’d take across the Atlantic. This is purely a mansion on water. I think those decals on sides aren’t doing it any favours. I do like the innovation and the tech used, especially those legs so it can stand out of the water.

I'd like to see it in rough sea! The Arkup is almost skz million it would be invisible docked by your mansion as a second home AND it has a pylons extending up to 18 feet! And is rated to withstand winds.

What happens if a hurricane is coming?
Are there any solutions for that?
Do you have to just call the insurance and get out?
Remember that this is a boat. You can move it ahead of the storm. Either dry dock it or move to a harbor far from the storm's path. That's the pro to hurricanes as far as natural disasters go -- you have plenty of advance time and knowledge of the storm's path, speed, and category to prepare accordingly. I'm also sure an insurance company is only going to cover damage after being sure the owner did everything in their power to avoid damage. So just abandoning it might lead to a rejected claim.

I would like to know how it handles seas? Like going down to Bahamas from FL.
When I spoke to them while making this video, I had asked about its seaworthiness. I was informed that this very model traveled down the west coast of Florida from the Tampa area through the Gulf of Mexico. It then cut through the Key Largo area as it crossed over to the Atlantic Ocean to make its journey north along Florida's east coast to Fort Lauderdale. Bahamas should be fine.
