I loved the safe room and a few of the other surprises. But the home was a little to industrial for me. I love the hidden kitchen. It holds everything most families would need. The front kitchen just feels redundant. Thank you for always doing comprehensive tours. You always give us comprehensive tours. This one helped understand that I do have limits as to the amount of industrial fixtures I could tolerate.
The Master Bathroom, Kitchen, and Pool area were my favorite spaces. The Basement was boring even the Pool Table was “Oh Hum”. Loved the Master Shower! Oddly, the House seemed too large. Overall, Beautiful Home❤

I just don't like that super-modern look. I know it's popular. I just feel it's very cold and unwelcoming. It was, nonetheless, a fabulous home! Thanks for showing it to us.
I truly do not like this home; it is very similar to my dentist’s medical/office building. My favorite house you’ve shown was a Highland Home with outdoor dining room. This channel is truly genius- it’s a win-win for the developers/ builders as well as the viewers. Thank you for taking us along on the adventure!
the prep kitchen and pantry were the best rooms of the house. I really like the artwork in the front foyer "sitting area", but feel like I'd risk bumping my head on the staircase to get to it.
I like the laundry room with the dog Wash and the back patio with the outdoor kitchen and automatic screens and the pool. Not really feeling the rest of the home but appreciate the built in tornado shelter/safe room. Needed to put a toilet and sink in there too.
This is one of the most opulent homes I've ever seen, but I do envy it. My only negative is the exercise room, it is proportionally very small and appeared to only be able to fit a couple pieces of equipment.

I'm building my house using insulated concrete forms. I'll make some security, storm shutters. Definitely putting in a large secret basement room with its own secure concealed entrance/exit. That's where most of the guns get stored.
Lotsa cool ideas in this house! But who wants to sit in a tub in a shower behind glass? And there’s an echo in there. If where the tub was it was open instead of glass that would be better. I like to watch tv or a movie on my computer while in the tub. If I was spending millions I’d want a tv in the bathroom. The safe room has pull-down seats. Gee thanks. 🤣 How about a sofa instead so you can actually be comfortable while in there during a catastrophe? I would have expected a sauna in a house this big. I guess that wine fridge could be a sauna if you don’t drink. All in all very cool. I don’t really like the tall open living room. If feels so UNcozy. And I don’t like the catwalks. I had a kid who would have had a rope and been trying to swing off of there when he was little and probably would have as a teenager as well 🤣 I’d rather have like a 12 foot ceiling and a room upstairs above it.
Loved this home! If I had a spare $3 million, I would build this....I did like all the glass and modern touches, my style of home. The bunker was crazy cool. Too big for me, but still loved it. Would never get my dogs out of the pool. Imagine the heating and cooling bills...ouch.

Don't like the glassed in office space. That would require constant cleaning. I'm not sure what the point of that is, giving the fish bowl effect. Also not a fan of the stairs with the open treads and piano wire, seems treacherous. But it is beautiful and sunny.
Just think, 30 yrs. ago people said they would retire if they had a million dollars. Nowadays a million dollars barely gets you a decent home. And people aren't really making more now than their parents did 30 yrs. ago.
That house is cuter than most of the homes in Texas and Tennessee but terribly overpriced. I did like the huge refrigerator, and the bunker (which you definitely need in Texas.) I didn't like the floating staircase, the small yard or those small bedrooms. Plus was that tiny area really supposed to be a workout room?
Got to where you entered the great room and that was enough for me. This place really turns me off major so I'm out of here. Hope the next is worth viewing.
