This house has the best dining room I’ve ever seen.
I like it better when you have floor plan to view also.
Loving the storage and I agree, that dining room is special with all the light that floods in from those windows.
This is a cooks dream! Ample kitchen including a buffet space, plenty of storage including cold storage. The butlers pantry is a sweet addition. The only thing missing is a Meile coffee station. But that could be added so easy. The outdoor kitchen is a perfect accompaniment for the full chef.
You weren't kidding about the master suite. The two rooms I spend my time in are perfect!!!
I really absolutely love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the master bedroom with the bathroom and patio, and all bedrooms have their own bathroom. Also, I love all the built-ins and the kitchen itself with all the cupboards and drawers. There are so many different things that you can do with this place. I wouldn't want to leave here either.
I love the kitchen, to me a beautiful kitchen and bathroom sets the whole house off

I think I only toured 2 with a basement this trip and the were technically garages.... I don't know what Tennessee is doing lol
I just don’t get it. If you can dig a basement, why wouldn’t you. IMHO a finished basement makes the house. As soon as you come in and show there’s no stairs down I struggle through the rest of the video.
By far my favorite kitchen and butler's pantry. And the dining room doesn't feel like its just an open space next to the kitchen where the family probably just eats at the massive island anyway- its an actual room and the views make it worth serving a meal in

That many rooms and such large living spaces, I kind of think the dining room is undersized. Still nice looking though.

These people know how to build a home. There rooms are the Right size, in my opinion.
Their kitchens, butler pantries, laundry rooms, main bedrooms are huge. Beautiful living rooms & patios. They are one of my top five builders.

That's gorgeous. The dining room although a little tight with the sideboard in there is beautiful. I'd definitely get those unfinished spaces in the first bedroom finished out. It would be good storage and unfinished it is the stuff of horror films 😂

Timothy, do you realize that when you store your spices next to an oven that the heat destroys them? It may be convenient but it's the absolute worst place to put them.
I've said the same thing in an older video.
Specifically I think I said that it is only a good idea if it is next to a countertop stove where the oven is separate or something along those lines.

This house was interesting. I really liked the main floor, although the garage seemed small. I don't know if you could fit a full size half ton truck in there. It'd be tight, front and back.
The upstairs was confusing. Too much like a Pac Man maze.

I really like the Kitchen, and Butlers Pantry, The Dining Room is nice, I like the Master Suite, however I'm 61 years old, and if i had to get out of bed, and walk down a hallway to get to the toilet there would be an accident, the living room isn't made for living, we like to sit, and watch TV, that room isn't made for that.

Not sure that I like having to go through the kitchen to get to the dining room, and I think that that living room ceiling is too dark for its low height, and that chandelier in the living room makes the dark, low ceiling even more pronounced.

I like spices and I like the idea of a spice rack or drawer better than a cabinet where I have to reach up and shift things around trying to find what I want to use.
