Best amp in the whole wide world !!! :D
Yeah nah, probably just fine, but let's say if I got to go and play around in Meshuggah's studio, I most likely wouldn't be screaming out "Holy shit it's a fucking Peavey Vypyr !!!", I'd be saying "Ok where's that fucking unicorn, DAR FBM?!" and then i'd probably get kicked out lol... (wonder if Ola still owns a DAR amp ?)
That being said if I only got to play a peavey vypyr i'd still be happy because I went to their studio, though mildly disappointed lol

Ola Englund Ola I know that you are now big boy status and this is not a Q&A but I'm just trying to jump on here early in the morning and I'm nicely toasted. I just wanted to tell you that Feared is the most inspired metal band I've heard in a long time. From the bottom of my heart thank you, I wake up listening to you guys. My question for you, what are your 3 favorite Feared riffs, from the start of the band to now, be specific. I.e. "Fall of Man right after the solo, yess now we are snacking" 28 part question, thanks cheers from South Flerda!

It's against the law in Sweden as of February 2, 2018 to use a phone or any electronical device that can distract you while driving a car or operating any other vehicle on the road for that matter. There are so many accidents that happen because of smart phones. And Ola has kids himself so he should really think about these things.

Dick with a 40" scale bass and a .266 gauge string? That's fucking insane. That thing can tune not just to a full octave down from a 5 string's low B, but to a low G two more full steps below that (read: 12.25Hz). And it'll still have tension to spare.
I need to hear that thing playing Stengah.

You want classic EMG, go 81 in bridge. Most seem to prefer an 85 in the neck, but I like the more jazzy, brighter sound of the 60.
81 is great, has very tight response, and doesn't feel like you're THUDDING against palm mutes. Just feels like you can play faster with one in the bridge.
But overall I prefer Duncan passives like the Distortion, Jazz, and Full Shred. Haven't tried an Invader yet, but I don't see how I could like it more than DD or FS.

Question time! The matte black guitar at 3:30, is that new or is the finish something special. I have a Gibson SG gothic morte that's supposed to be matte black but it doesn't take long for it to get shiny from my greasy fingers and the clothes that are involuntarily buffing the finish. Is there a cure against that or some laquer to keep the finish matte?

Ola, bro, I have a question, and I really hope you can give me a hand here. Being the guy who nailed modern metal tone, how would you dial a Dual Rectiifer? I just bought a dual rec, the 3 channel solo head, as seen in your DR video, but I have no idea how to get that scooped, punchy, twangy tone of yours(not talking about the actual video tone, more about that heared in Feared records). To be honest, I wouldn't even bother you with such nonesense, but this thing is so hard to dial in. 😕Maybe someone in the comment section has an idea? My axes are Schecter ATX 7 string, ESP EC-401 and I have a Solar V coming in june. Also, a maxon 808 is available as a boost. I also have a HB 212 vintage, but to be honest, I really sucks paired with that amp. I hooked my DR with an Orange cab at it did wonders.
    Help?
    Anyone?
    Please :(
