Coming from someone who had approach anxiety, do the following, learn to feel good from within. If you're talking to someone and they leave and you feel bad it's cause you want them to stimulate you and make you feel good. Train yourself to feel good if she leaves. The ultimate test is if your perfect partner left, you'd feel about the same with or without her.

THIS. And it applies not only or approach anxiety alone. In general, as long as you depend on the "good feels' from others, you are dependant and needy. Learning to generate positive mental states in yourself is the ultimate tool I believe

In my opinion meditation can help with developing focus on what matters in the right moment, it help to develop the abilty to get back your focus on all the other factor when you are too concentraed on what is happening in you head, for exemple when you experience fear or anxiety, and you need to fell the external world again, rapidly, in order to react in the right way. It helps in recognasing when your mind is not in the right place for what you are doing in the moment. Usally I train this shift of focus when I am running, while the mind is wondering, every once in a while I focus on the feelings in my body, the sound of the environment around me, the wind blowing on the skin.

Apathy and acceptance can seem so similar sometimes. I think a big difference is that with apathy there is no push or need to take action because you brain just goes "Why would you? It doesn't matter anyway." But acceptance promotes the ability to take action because instead of thinking that the action is useless in itself or thinking that taking action doesn't matter, with acceptance you realize that taking action IS the reason and whatever comes from that action isn't the goal, but just a bonus. Not something you NEED. Like it still doesn't matter but it doesn't matter because you're coming at it from a completely different head space.

And EVERYONE in the class raised their hand except me.
And i just sat their thinking "how? I dont even know what i wanna say at all. Am i just stupid?"
And sometimes during excerises in class, the teacher would make us write a paragraph for like 10 minutes. Everyone would finish, except me. I literally would have like one or two sentences.
And I do have trouble with coming up with things to say aswell during conversation. And if i say something, its usually dumb and not interesting or witty.

Owen. Would you agree that most of your content is directed towards people at a pretty low level? You were a total game-changer for me back when starting out early on. But when you assume your audience has no attention span etc, it's not exactly appealing to someone who's already building his own business, meditating, read hundreds of books, traveled, done massive cold approach etc and been at it for a long time.
Which is fine. There are lots of other great sources beyond RSD. And someone like Derek might be more appealing for the back end. Just curious what your thoughts are on this. You're obviously good at getting guys out of a daze and onto a path. But I feel you have a lot to offer to guys who are on a higher level as well. What's your strategy for talking to the upper echelon of your audience?
Like, I don't need to keep learning how to jump up and down or project my voice or say hi to someone or read a book. Been able to do that for years. I need your best raw business tactics, thoughts about what's going on, trends etc.

0:59 is directed to you. I had to remove all my content earlier this year (notice all the videos are gone) and so I alternate between re-shooting content that is "UA-cam compliant" and getting those ideas out to people who find the channel, and then creating videos that have NEW ideas for guys like yourself. I try to make the re-shoots updated and expanded though, so it is still great review. I'm also mixing up videos where I cover classic content (again, in a way that is compliant to the Terms & Conditions here that have been updated) and then also having new content. In this case, for a guy like yourself, I think the interesting point is directly seeing the example of the student. It is memorable and interesting to me personally, so that's why I posted it. Hope that clarifies the content you see coming out. I have an INCREDIBLE new video on RSDTyler later today btw -Tyler
