In this video, Julien Blanc (AKA Julien Himself) reveals how to get unstuck in life! Learn how to get unstuck in life with this step by step transformational guide!
► STOMP-OUT SELF SABOTAGE: Stop holding yourself back, stop shooting yourself in the foot at every opportunity and instead of reverting back to into scarcity, you will find yourself FLOATING UP into abundance and success.
► SHUT DOWN THE HUM OF ANXIETY: Shut down the refrigerator hum of anxiety that’s constantly running the background of your mind, poisoning your life, and destroying your happiness.
► OBLITERATE OVERWHELM: Wash away the stress from the external pressure of your job, your family, and the ongoing self-attack you constantly put yourself through, without even realizing it.
► PUT YOURSELF BACK ON THE THRONE: Reclaim your place as the true ruler of the kingdom that is your life... Stop living in reaction, stand at the cause and start living a life of your own design.

Hi Julian :) love your work and your course transformation mastery. and Ive had a similiar coach as well in the past, I just really want to know who is the original source of this learning, like the whole gap method, or be do have or who do you need to be in order to achieve type of concept, as well as the inspiraton & despiration concept that affects our RAS, and taking our power back & feeling our sensations and sitting with those feelings, and the whole thing about we have 'Parts' to us. like I love these and resonate with them and only a few coaches really do it this way and I want to know like who did these coaches learn this off or what are the original sources of this information, like for example is it a psychology school of thought etc. Really appreciate if you could quickly or briefly let me know, Thanks again for your work x Ta Simon

The podcast idea is the best ever especially for those of us wanting to start a podcast! I feel like this is the information, the teacher I’ve been waiting for! Taking action has always been the hardest work for me.
Your methods fall in line with the law of attraction and following the paths of least resistance, mostly mentally and emotionally.
I’ve been in a rut of depression and anxiety and inertia and all I’ve wanted is to feel proud of myself and to do the things I want to do to live my life to the fullest potential. You’ve taught me that I can accept and be proud of myself right now, not after I am “acceptable” or successful. I’ve done a lot of shadow work and inner development so it wasn’t hard to discover I already am enough.
THANK YOU 🙏🏼 WITH ALL OF MY ❤️ YOU ARE AMAZING!

Recording yourself. This is so key! Guys if you're having issues socially like Julien said you will pick up on so mang subtleties by observing yourself speak. The most frustrating part for me though is knowing I'm doing something wrong while filming but being unable to change. Maybe my delivery is off, maybe I'm trying too hard or maybe I'm trying to act like everything is cool whatever it may be I sometimes say to myself after a recording, "wtf is wrong with me that I can't get this down?" And then I cringe at the thought of how I may come off to others. It's a very frustrating, embarssing but eye-opening process.
Awesome video, Julien. Keep up the good work!

To truly change your actions, you must change your mind.
Do something to shake up the way you look at things (and the world). Bungee jumping. Traveling. Meet new people. Something that can lead to a positive shift. Sometimes needs to be extreme... but not recommending anything dangerous

I just wanna be a really good therapist/psychologist one day but I also notice that watching selfhelp things on youtube makes me feel like that's not enough for some reason. Not sure what the feeling exactly is that gets triggered. Perhaps because it's a more 'normal' job and less flashy than being a 'successful entrepreneur' or having a strong presence on social media. I think I should put more emphasis on my own perception of success than that of others

Coming from a universoty perspective, all your advice on procrastination, self sabotage, procrastination, relationships, confidence, building my future that I want and ghat I'm passionate about, was so helpful for me.
This should definetly be something ghat is shown to high school students, including when I was in high school.
I always struggled with procrsstination, and in order to stop, (which did occur), i had to get to the bottom which for me was definetly fear of success.
Now that I have learned to let go through some of the meditations, i actually enjoy my studying in college, I don't have to fight myself everyday to study because of procrsstination. I have gotten better grades and am enjoying the learning process with letting go procrastination, and I actually don't have to study as much than I did when I was procrastinating.
I can get into the flow state every time I study instead of fighting myself.

Man, anything Julien said right after 29:15, I immediately resonated with it - the part about too many opportunities tiring you out after a certain level of success; things pulling you in all directions. The fact that he said this is more of an intermediate place to be in, that's what really shocked me! I've been doing self-work for 2 years now: had an apartment, a dog, moved out and rehomed dog to a family friend so I could go to university (after already doing 2 college programs), got a well-paying job for a kid in their early 20s (due to my diplomas), quit smoking after 8 years, built better relationships, and still - all this freaking time, I felt unhappy because of one person I've spent missing. Release the judgement, guys. Perfectionism is a serial killer for action. Anyway, just some thoughts. Always take the time to appreciate your growth :)

    • @Jamie-zi2nf
      @Jamie-zi2nf Рік тому

@@lynnharris7119 It's going awesome! I'd smoke like half a cigarette if I was really drunk but haven't smoked one sober! That was back in December 2021 though, I don't get cravings either.. booze on the other hand, that's my current favourite to kick outta my life haha (sobriety is a worthy challenge of course). But yeah, quitting smoking was easy once I TRULY wanted to quit. No amount of alcohol could make me smoke anymore. You need to read Easy Way to Quit Smoking by Allen Carr (just advice, not selling my copy lol). That's the only reason I quit, no bs. It reprograms your brain into changing how you think about smoking. When I used it to quit, I initially wasn't ready to finish the book because I knew it was going to make me quit as soon as I got halfway lol - it gets intimidating near the end a bit. Anyway, if you're 100% committed to quitting, you can get the book at any library or online bookstore, it's extremely popular but it works (uses NLP if you're nerdy like me lol). Apologies for the rant! Hope this helps though :) Good luck with quitting; redeem your power!!!!

It's funny how messy was my life before pick up. I succeed in this area I can say that nowdays, however like once Tyler said "most guys will think this like climbing a mountain but it's much more like a spiral, go up to fall down". There was moments I was in the "god mode". But suddenly some stick points would throw me straight down, to the "approach again category" and once again I was freeze like in the book "the game". In the beggining I did stuff like walk the whole city looking for all parties, sitting and watching whole night observing without interacting to free my emotions. Then ask directions to girls, to flirting, then showing "power of intent", then laser eyes, then making them feel mad to later fix that, scalating, then dating, finally inviting home but all of that was a begginer mindset. Alpha traits was what changed all, not being need, not seeking, not trying, showing value by representing my entirely presence that showed me another version "the self".
But even knowing all of that you will have to learn again and again because sometimes your game will work (broken). The perfection comes with loving and understanding the process and that's a whole new type of experience

I think people including me often say. "Yeah im gonna be a model thats my goal". But that includes: Exercise, sticking to a diet. So instead of having model as a goal. Just start with sticking to a diet. Make that the goal. Otherwise this gap will be so huge and lost u cheat ourself out of it.

Have you done any videos on that exact topic? If you have would love it if someone can a add a link to it. I suffer from the same exact problem where I constantly hate myself or feel I'm not good enough. How do you love yourself as you are. Not for your external successes or failures but rather just because it's you. How do you stop punching yourself. I will be trying the podcast exercise ☺️

Ty. One of my wins is to find work I will love doing. You say the stepps are easy to find, is it so?
The only way I see is to mass try different things and it doesnt seem yo be effective, cuz tp try a skill you have to learn it and start working in the field. Meaning its a huge time investment.
The other possible step is a career consultant, so far I've paid 2 of them and it helped but in other way, tho I wanted this exact win.
Now Im trying to come up with more possible stepps, and I cant. I've been spending 1 hour a day reserching this stuff.
Seems like its a matter of luck.
Oh w8 1 more idea - to look into what I naturally love, which is only 2 things: guitar and video games.
And guitar might be the way, but I need to improve my skills a lot and the way is not clear.
And Im not sure I will like the end result/profession hm. Kinda lost with that target.

    • @JulienHimself

I'm saying that once you find that work you love, the steps to grow and progress are easy to find. If you have trouble finding your purpose however, it's actually easy as well...
